“A plan were very helpful, polite and insurance quote was very competitive . I was just disappointed that as I had stated that I had elected to get a quote for my car insurance as a result of a mail shot that I was advised that the mailshot entitled me to £ 50 M&S voucher . I discovered this shortly after taking up a car insurance policy through A plan. This was then processed and I am now in receipt of these vouchers . I just feel I wou.d have preferred to have been asked was I aware that the mailshot entitled me to the vouchers .”
