“Overall I'm happy with the service provided. I got a better deal than originally offered by asking for different options, but it would have been better if I had been offered some alternatives without having to ask as my premium was going up about 20% with no improvement in cover”

“The only thing that prevented me from rating 'very good' was that my adviser had overlooked sending me a (quite detailed) application form to complete until just before my deadline. This put me under a good deal of pressure and I ended up with a few days of 'broken cover' (not helped by the Easter break.) Otherwise a pleasure to deal with”

“Last year 2014/2015 was the first year I had dealt with Active Quotes and I found their executives to be well organised,helpful and efficient in administrating my requirements.As a retired person ,containing and reducing costs is a priority.My renewal notice from Aviva for a second year has just come through showing an increase in premium without any explanation.I have accepted this but would appreciate in future advice on whether what I am being offered from an existing Insurer remains suitably competitive.”

“Service was fine. What could have been even better is rather than just call me with the new (higher) price for the insurance renewal would have been to get 2-3 competitive quotes for the same level of cover and then present me the renewal option against alternatives, ideally with some comparative pros/cons. This pro-activity would have been excellent service In this case I had to ask for alternatives, even though I renewed anyway.”
