Asked to remove us from yr database as dealing directly with provider. Clearly no action taken although provider has severed link their end.

The usual good service was not apparent the year. No renewal email or letter so I had to chase it up; failed to ring me back in the timescale given to me; was not able to offer any attractive alternatives. However.....I still renewed with existing provider so not all bad!

I was not Gvwm sufficient time before the renewal date to properly seek alternative quotes, when I did get other quotes then these were compared and a better rate obtained with the current Insurer. This should have been done in the beginning ! I accepted this by email and received a reply almost immediately only later to be told that the email had never been received ! Amazing how a reply can be sent to an email that was never received . Not the best experience

Very efficient when it comes to closing a sale, but extremely slack once the deal was done and administrative follow-up is required. Despite repeat emails and phone calls, I have still not received a proper response from the client rep on the status of my request. To make matters more complicated, I now have to go through them each time I need a change of details as the insurer will not entertain changes since the policy was purchased through ActiveQuote. On hindsight, I should've bought the policy directly from the insurer and save myself the hassle and time.

How can I rate you when my last annual premium was not cancelled ,and I paid over £4000 to Exeter when it should have been cancelled!

If this is with regard to my medical insurance I am disappointed that trivial ailments and minor incidents happening years ago preclude me from cover in those areas today

Ross crane was brilliant to deal with last year. This year i had to chase responses to emails. I have therefore deleted the link with activequote

Initially I was very happy with the service. Communication then dropped off completely. I understand Leanne was off sick but I would have expected others to step in. My last communication was 'I will speak to my supervisor and ask about compensation' and I've heard nothing since.

I was not happy with the accuracy and quality of the information provided. My views were not listened to and my questions and concerns were disregarded. You only retained my business because I felt cornered when time ran out. Unless I have a better experience next time I will seriously consider going elsewhere. Finally, I would place on record I have already advised Jamie of my dissatisfaction. Why has this not been acknowledged.?

No contact initiated from ActiveQuote before the renewal date. After my chasing the matter was rectified by a Team Leader and the renewal details eventually resolved. I would hope for a considerably improved service next year.

Sending out renewal notices 1 week before the policies are due for renewal is not satisfactory, especially given that the letter was dated August 24th with a postmark dated September 24th and received on October 3rd. Not what I need from a service provider.

We make every attempt to contact our clients by phone and email weeks before their renewal date to discuss their options, unfortunately we were unable to do so this time.
