“How can I rate you when my last annual premium was not cancelled ,and I paid over £4000 to Exeter when it should have been cancelled!”

“I received my paperwork from Exeter and agreed the renewall before I heard from Active Quote. I hope my increased premium is not linked to anything Active Quote should be doing. Next year I will look elsewhere as this policy has now become VERY VERY EXPENSIVE!!!”

“I have dealt with Jamie Warburton at ActiveQuote who has offered a very professional but at the same time, a personal service. He always responds quickly by phone or email and goes the extra mile to check I am happy with the product and if not to find an alternative to suit my needs. I feel that I can rely on ActiveQuote to make sure I get the best deal on the market. Would definitely recommend them based on my experience so far.”

“I had trouble speaking to Jamie Warburton despite leaving a voice message for him to call me back. I eventually spoke to one of his colleagues who was helpful but was unable to reduce the increased premium being quoted by BUPA for my renewal.”

“Initial comparison web site was excellent to provide base level information. Follow up call with agent was invaluable to explain the options particularly as I was moving from a company scheme to a private policy. I was given ample time to consider the options with a "hard sell". It will be interesting to see how you perform at renewal.”
