Avoid at all costs. There is no customer service, no response to emails, online messages or any one to answer telephone

Do not buy from this company. Appalling customer Service, appalling technical support, can't get our item repaired without paying for an electrical technician. Shocking company, the Directors at senior level need to read some of the shocking reviews, wish I had read them before buying from this dreadful company. Don't respond to emails and they hang up the phone.

Adexa Direct Avoid this company at all costs 1 star is too much for this company. Bought 2 coffee machines, 1 failed after 1 used, tried to get a refund, the company says no, sending back to company was like running a marathon backward & blindfolded, in future, I would happily pay double the price for some decent customer service. if "croydon Trading standards" were doing their job properly this company would have been shut down years ago. After the 1 machine came back was told it was working ok, but the 1st time I used it after its return the coffee leaked out & burnt the kitchen porter. , will not waste any more time with this company.

The biggest regret I have in dealing with Adexa is not doing sufficient research into the business and reviews on the business. Every negative review on Adexa was a mirror image of my appalling experience in their general service. They were directly responsible for two months loss in trade but so elegantly avoid accountability in their terms and conditions, which also happen to breach the online consumer protection laws. Do your research, read the suppliers terms and conditions as this will give a clear indication of what kind of business you are dealing with. Do not let price govern your purchasing decision and use extreme caution before purchasing from Adexa.

I have eventually received a refund, but I had to successfully take Adexa to court to get it. Avoid, of course. Chances are you are reading this after already having major problems. If you are, then moneyclaim online is your best bet.

on't purchase anything from this… Don't purchase anything from this company!!! This company is simply after your money and does not support any business as they simply don’t care about your needs. We have purchased 2 hot countertops on the 18th of November 2019 and today (26/12/19) they still not arrived.  I have no product and no refound. I will contact the Trading Standards for resolution. They don't answer the phone or emails.... Shocking this people should not be allow to trade nowadays! I should have read the tonnes of bad reviews they have!

****DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY***** This is a sham company. Please do not buy from them. We ordered two fridges. they delivered one and then were impossible to contact. Their phone number is not a real helpline it just rings and no one will pick up. after waiting about 2-3 weeks they eventually emailed back saying we had to provide cctv evidence of the delivery to proove only one was delivered. when we send all the info showing (1 of 1) packages delivered by the courier. they then stopped responding to emails and have had no word since. we were left with no option but to buy elsewhere and give up on getting the refund we deserved. They basically stole our money.

Our company bought a chiller top unit which arrived badly damaged, we sent it back at our own cost and are still waiting for the refund, there is absolutely no communication at all, no-one answers the phone and emails are completely ignored. I wish I had paid extra and shopped elsewhere. How is this company allowed to trade is beyond me. I never write reviews, but honestly, AVOID using this company it's a disgrace.

Bought a commercial fridge and a heat lamp. The fridge door seals and shelves were faulty on arrival. Now compeltely damaged from use, as the company has not replied to emails or answered calls I'm over 3 months. Counter top has separated from the unit. Heat lamp keeps blowing bulbs meant for it. Complete disgrace that we have had no response after spending around £2000 with them, as a small business.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY-they will not respond to telephone calls and just give you the same answer via email that the item is out of warranty because we did not contact within 2 weeks to say there was something wrong. Commercial toaster we ordered lasted just less than 6 weeks before shorting out the electrics. Company not interested in helping at all. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Fridge broke after 2 weeks. Same as everyone else who has reviewed. No pick up from calls and no response from emails. Not quite sure how they're still in business given these reviews. A Turkish guy by the name of Hakan Baykal owns the business. He will be getting a visit soon. Item arrived damaged, Adexa were not interested in resolving the issue.. just washed their hands of it and said as it was signed for they wouldn't be able to exchange it. PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF ALL THE OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS.. ITS NOT WORTH ORDERING FROM THEM. In addition, even if the unit was not damaged it was so badly made I would have wanted to return it anyway.

This company is a joke. DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! They don't have customer service department, they are not picking the call, they are not refunding the money for the faulty items they delivered and collected back after few months of insisting on a daily basis, they don't even deserve ONE STAR !!!

Impossible to get hold of , dont reply to emails or answer the telephone been trying now for 14 days Even the head office in sweden is as bad as no reply to anything . Doge a bullet if you can with this lot.
