“Parcel arrived very quickly and very happy about purchase. Only annoyance would be that my purchase was charged as a Visa-Hold and then wasn’t processed fast enough and the hold was lifted. My card was then charged again for the full amount six days after I placed the order. Unfortunately I hadn’t realised this and had moved money out of that account - subsequently going into overdraft and being charged a fee. Would be ideal if card was charged within 24 hours of purchase being made.”

“Excellent service, and the product arrived promptly. Great work keeping me updated on progress. The only negative was the product didn't work when it arrived (batteries faulty perhaps), but because it was a freebie it didn't really bother me.”
