“The array and varity of toys available is amazing. Ordering online easy to complete and rewards available for the next purchase is great. Delivery is prompt even using standrd courier . Package is extremely well wrapped, never had an issue with damage and always arrives 1 to 2 days after ordering in Auckland.”

“Much bigger than I expected so if you're new to fantasy toys, you may get a little surprise like I did 😅 Great quality silicone and has a lot of weight to it. I will agree with other reviews that its a bit floppy.”

“ATMS are brilliant! First rate service, I ordered and received my order in a day! Sadly, the item I bought did not provide such a fast delivery. It wasn't cheap, so I expected a much better product. This is perhaps where ATMS let me down. The filters I used to search should have meant this item was never seen by me. I'm fairly sure it isn't the kind of product I can return if its not mechanically faulty. Under 'noise rating' there was nothing, so I looked at other similar products to assess if any had a noise rating, none did. It also didn't say if it was powerful, apart from in the 'sell' produced no doubt by the manufacturer, so hardly authentic. All these products should have a 1-10 rating on Power. Longevity and noise at the very least! These should be given by ATMS so it is independent.”

“Great products with quick service + postage. I'd suggest advertising the shipping information a little more up-front on the website as personally the incognito parcel is an important factor of who I'll choose to shop with, & it was a little mission to find the info via your site! BUT, besides that, stoked with the gear and the privacy-&-eco-conscious packing”

“Customer service has been excellent. Sometimes you can get a bargain. I like rewards points but sometimes they expire way too soon; we don't all buy adult products every week. Delivery is typically prompt. When product has been faulty it is relatively easy to resolve with ATMS.”
