“Once I found what I was looking for and ordered, it was picked, packed, sent and delivered very quickly. Finding it in their online catalogue was difficult due to none of the search attempts giving success. Being sure they had what I wanted I just kept scrolling through until I found it. A bit odd I think. Top quality product.”

“I really enjoy the large selection of items. The info and articles are also very helpful. I have only ever had great customer service and often get a little gift of lube or condom in my parcels. I had an issue with a toy and all I had to do was send a video of it not working and within 5 days had a brand new toy.”

“I usually have a good experience buying at the Adult Toy Mega Store website. What I find annoying is the sizes of all toys aren't standardised, so each product has information (when any size information is available) in inches, cm, circumference, diameter, or one, or another so it become very difficult to compare products, sometimes they look like big in the picture but when you receive them, they are small than expected. Thanks.”

“Delivery came in fast and quickly, both items are in fantastic condition and work really well :) The only issue I have was with my "Mystery Rabbit Vibrator" order. The Vibrator works really well except the fact that it's not charging or that there wasn't any instructions on how to use the product. I have been trying to find the name of the Vibrator itself (I even checked the company website that made the product) but I can't find any that looks exactly like the one that got delivered. Other than those small issues, I definetely will reccommend this website to others looking for similar products :)”
