Doesn't really simulate sucking very well. Poor ergonomic design and not very flexible. Unimpressed and disappointing.

This time was torture on multiple levels. From trying to buy online-NO ONE RESPONDING to emails and multiple messages left requesting call back. Consequently-I have had to endure an additional tier of torture from NZcouriers who up until yesterday were ALL foreigners who did not understand English and repeatedly kept asking for same identifiers be repeated. While NZcourier is obviously separate...had anyone bothered to get back to me in the 1st 2 days of me asking...I could have avoided the entire headache. I am traveling and leaving tomorrow- without my parcel. Unless I get it today- I am going to be back to square one trying to deal with people who apparently don't understand English. My attempts to communicate with this company were in triplicate. Live chat, Email, and Telephone. The woman that I EVENTUALLY got to speak to was lovely and apologetic so no reflection on her as far as I know.

Arrived quickly in discreet packaging -- great service as ever. However, the charging port on the product itself broke within 48 hrs :/ DO NOT recommend this particular product.

Communication is great regarding shipping etc, Shipping was prompt, emailed re a delay, response to emails when items don't go, ruined the experience. Brought two items, one does not go, emailed support, waited 24 hours, no reply, now over 48 hours later still no reply, weekend is here now, so I rang, and no one is avaliable to answer the call. This has now let the experience down. Surely they aren't that busy, that it takes over 53 hours to respond to an email.

Third faulty product I’ve order from ATMS :( every time I order a silicone vibrator it arrives broken! Despite charging for a full night and being careful I have received a broken toy each time for some reason! :(

Ordered 3 days ago still no update on product dispatch. It says it’ll get delivered in 2-4 business days, it’s been 3 days still no information about delivery provided. No response from customer service.

The you i received said “sample not for sale” on it, i emailed almost 2 weeks ago about this and have followed up and have heard nothing. Really disappointed to be honest.

Don’t think of buying from this store! Horrible customer service! No reply it’s been 30 days Beware the quality of products are way too cheap! Bottle leaks and products starts breaking even in single use

It’s too small for me tried it out one can’t fit . Package is open can’t return it. It is no use for me but beside that dealing with the seller is very good 👍

Havent even received it. Msgd team and was advised itd be with me by a certain date. Almost 2 weeks later ive moved countries and it still hasnt shown as delivered. Not sure if this is atms problem or the courier. But when i emailed i was advised i would be getting it 2 days before i left. Ive now been out of the country 5 days n no note that it has been delivered
