“I love ATMS, however this time I am not satisfied at all and regret my purchase. I bought a couple of things, including the One Night Stand Satisfyer. As a loyal customer of ATMS and a big supporter of the brand, I completely overlooked the fact that this product is DISPOSABLE. It comes with batteries that can't be replaced or recharged, so you have to dispose of it once the batteries ran out. This is awful, as businesses should be thinking about the environmental impact of the products they sell. I love the environmentally friendly packaging... yet you sell plastic toys you throw away once the batteries ran out? :'( I'll feel guilty while using the product.”

The One Night Stand by Satisfyer does not come with rechargeable or replaceable batteries and is intended for one time use, as you stated. We have taken on Satisfyer’s entire line of products to ensure there is something for everyone to enjoy. However, after helpful feedback from our customers and seeing that this product does not fit in line with our sustainability values, we will not be restocking the One Night Stand product in the future. ATMS is proud of its commitment to sustainability, and we are always striving to improve our practice and value any feedback from our customers to aid this.

“I am APPALLED! Really unsure of what to make of the woke card added to my delivery. I was/am furious and very very disappointed that ATMs is aligned with this cultural insanity. This delivery took much longer than usual. But not the end of the world. Other deliveries were much faster. Guttered about AMT politics. Don't know if I will buy from them again.”

“I was lucky enough to have received a free vibrator from watching a webinar, but I would have been bitterly disappointed if I’d bought it. Noisy, one speed and kept shutting off whenever I touched it to my clit. I was planning to buy a couple of toys but now I’m really unsure as to the quality of the product.”

“Never recieved my order & now can't contact them after a week of trying to locate it. They claim they have tried to re-deliver but I have been home all week and no courier has showed up. Now ignoring my emails & have turned off their website chat. Won't be shopping here again, way too much hassle!”

“Very disappointed with deceptive practices. One of the products was only bought due to having nothing but 5 star reviews. I returned later to leave a review for how bad it was (Which was never approved). I discovered all the negative reviews were hidden by default. I felt a bit ripped off. If I had seen these I would have cancelled that item. I ordered 2 of another product which was again pretty useless. Due to your "easy returns" policy of not actually allowing returns of any products the 2nd brand new, unopened product has gone in the trash. Again that review was not actually approved. I would not recommend to anyone else. I wont be returning to purchase again.”

“I'm not impressed at all. Once my order finally arrived I was disappointed to see that it was damaged. As the broken piece was not in the package I can only assume it was sent to me damaged. Packaging staff need to take much more care!”
