“It was not clear at checkout that two promotions could not be used at the same time. Therefore, I used 6 atms dollars and then put in the code for a free satisfyer pro 3. Because I had already used the ATMs dollars the code did not work and nothing alerted me to this so I believed that I would be receiving the satisfyer 3 pro along with my purchase. It wasn't until my packaged arrived that I realized the mistake. I was very disappointed as I only made the purchase because of the promotion.”

Hi Jessica! There are messages in the cart detailing in red that only one can be used at a time. We also detail in all T&C's for our promotions that loyalty dollars cannot be used with the deal as well.

“i was told by the support staff that the shipping would be discreet. after 2 weeks of shipping delays the item shows up randomly 2 weeks later in a shipping bag with no attempt at camouflaging the parcel. bad experience wont be ordering from this website again, liar.”

“Set it up according to the instructions only to find it doesn’t work when properly screwed on … within seconds of trying to screw it together the batteries were red hot, only good thing is if it did work properly it would be a powerful vibrator but unlucky for this model :(”

“This website is using a domain from the country I'm in but the company is located in New Zealand, to get the package I had to pay exactly half of the amount I already spend on the customs fee. If you want to send back the item this company will keep 30% of the amount you spend plus the delivery. The highlights that this website is from your country but If you deeply check inside of the website you will find all the information The way they are operating is dishonest in my opinion. Also, the package arrived 10 days after, when I paid for delivery it says 2/3 days, and that was impossible because I'm on the other side of the globe.”

“Not as exciting as I thought it would be. Suction option way to aggressive and hurts. Vibration was again pretty intense. I thought I'd feel the dual tongues moving anf tangling me but not really. I'd prefer to use the safisfyer.”

“Very unhappy that I was unable to get a refund of store credit for the purchase I made . Didn’t know it was an attachment and therefore useless to me. I contacted the same day I received. Package unopened but still no help was provided when I made contact. Won’t be buying again unfortunately”

“Going to be really honest we don’t love this. It’s difficult to use, it’s hot very flexible and it’s hard to manage the vibrations. As a vibe it’s self it’s fine nothing to write home about but as a couples toy I wish I had of gone with a different option this will likely live in the bottom of the draw :-(”
