“Customer service using copy/paste answers with the same message over and over regardless of my queries. I’ve never got my order nor my money refunded. When I phoned to the number in their website another totally different company picked up. They are thieves, please avoid at all costs”

“Sounds are only chrome plated steel. The chrome plating has already started to crack by the time it was delivered. Don't bother with these, make sure you buy sounds that are solid stainless steel.”

“I ordered my items and was expected to receive them in the 6th of January. It is the 15th, and I still have not received them. I am so disappointed. I tried contacting them via email and calling their number, and I cannot reach them. If I knew it was going to take this long, I would of made the purchase instore.”
