I received an item that was the wrong size. I left 2 messages which were not answered or an email that was not responded to. This is not acceptable I will not be purchasing from your site again as a result

Appalling customer service. Claims to have easy returns, yet won’t exchange and brand new unopened item that was accidentally purchased. Only care about the customers money, not their customers loyalty. Will not be shopping again.

Two items delivered are not the same as what was ordered. No email order confirmation detailing the items ordered, and no packing slips listing the items delivered. Example is we ordered a strap on with strap, but received strapless which is useless.

Not particularly happy this time as I'm still waiting for my parcel to arrive it's now 5 days late not due to adult toy mega store but NZ Post seem to have lost my package
