This pack has “sample bot for resale” stamped on to the Satisfyer. Not a great look when it wax for a hens party gift. Disappointing.

Have brought a number of items through ATM . Have found some items are faulty and I know you cannot return because of the type of items but sometimes your out of pocket by quite a bit for something that don’t turn on or charge right . Don’t know if I will continue to shop here or not

Purchased $100 mystery bag. States $175 value on website. Also purchased a few other items. All turned up in quick time. Items I had purchased were doubled up in mystery bag which was careless on their behalf and find it hard to believe the value was as stated. Some imagination wouldn’t have gone a miss! Emailed customer service and have got blank back. Will be purchasing from other websites in future.

The delivery was fast. Unfortunately three products had broken security seals. Which is not what one is looking for with intimate products.

One of our friendly customer care team members will be reaching out to you directly to see what we can do to resolve this for you 😊 I'd like to assure you that we take the hygiene and safety of our customers very seriously, and under no circumstances are returned products restocked. When a customer reports a product as faulty we do not require the product to be returned to us, and therefore only on rare occasion do we ever receive an opened returned product back within our facilities. We also process any returns in a completely separate area of our warehouse to ensure the chance of a return being restocked is virtually impossible. Please keep your eyes peeled for any incoming emails from us so we can get this sorted ASAP!

Unfortunately I thought I was ordering size M garments but what turned up was super small items which is no use to us so I guess I blew those dollars!!

Shipping was fast but the twerking butt product I got is very outdated technology wise. It is meant to connect to an app to be able to work but that app has been discontinued and there is no replacement app. Making the product mostly obsolete and overpriced

I mean it arrived, but it wasn't the scent that I ordered. I definitely would not order coconut and pineapple massage oil, I ordered jasmine. But it was for a special occasion which has come and gone so am disappointed. The order did get delivered very fast.
