“The shipping company they use now is very slow I’ve been waiting a week to get my order and still haven’t received and customer service isn’t very great either would be quicker to order of love honey in Australia there shipping is a lot faster”

“The battery it came with lasted 2 minutes I carefully read the size and voltage and got more. Same thing. If I place the battery in gently and don't move to much it starts then stops2 minutes later. If I hold the button down may get a couple more. Not sure if faulty or the weird battery it takes can't handle. Shame as never had a problem before with other products”

“The blue version of this product lists the material as ABS plastic, which is body safe, but since it was out of stock I bought the black one. I didn't think to check, but the black version lists the material as PVC, which is "porous material that cannot be sterilized." This is confirmed on the packaging. Not great for something that's supposed to go in your butt, or anywhere in your body. It's my fault for not double-checking, but had I not seen the different colour listed as ABS I wouldn't have bought a product that isn't actually safe for its intended purpose. There is also a seam running the length of the tube, where two halves have been stuck together. It's not sharp, but could still be enough to irritate delicate tissue.”

“Have had strap going on 2 weeks and the seams have come loose on the front groin part. One end is has fully come off and the other end is unstitching itself. Very disappointed as I've only used it twice and still paying it off with afterpay....gutted”
