“I cannot fault the service of Affordable Mobiles. I was getting really fed up with my old network provider but was reluctant to change given that I had been with them for years. Affordable Mobiles was recommended to me and I'm glad I made the switch. The deal I got on my new contract was brilliant, the process was very smooth and efficient and the transition to the new network was problem free. I would highly recommend them.”

“Very happy with the service of receiving new mobile from Affordable Mobile, but unfortunately they did not arrange to transfer my old number onto my new mobile/sim as staying with 02 and after 3 phone calls with 02 my number has still not been transferred over - very frustrated!!!”

“I've had two phones now and I received a faulty speaker with my first one ad well as the phone itself was faulty I could not hear through the built in speaker properly. Also my phone company had down the wrong information about the phone itself. Finding it hard to believe that you also expect us to buy a charger and cable completely separate”

“Although I entered the PAC number into the form when ordering the phone O2 had no knowledge of this, allegedly, and I am still waiting to have my number switched over, more than a week later. All the while paying for the new contract as well as the old one. Quite shambolic.”
