“I've had two phones now and I received a faulty speaker with my first one ad well as the phone itself was faulty I could not hear through the built in speaker properly. Also my phone company had down the wrong information about the phone itself. Finding it hard to believe that you also expect us to buy a charger and cable completely separate”
“Although I entered the PAC number into the form when ordering the phone O2 had no knowledge of this, allegedly, and I am still waiting to have my number switched over, more than a week later. All the while paying for the new contract as well as the old one. Quite shambolic.”
