“We ordered two mobile phones from affordable mobiles. The service was good, we were given a date for getting them but we got them a lot earlier than expected which was good. The only problem was with the order we were supposed to get a free gift. When I contacted them about it I was told the offer had now finished and we were supposed to contact them to ask for the offer, but as we didn't it was too late now. It was only 2 days after it had closed but we had made the purchase a week before that. You would of thought they could of still honoured it. Or they should of emailed or messaged to say don't forget to contact us for it. So they refused to give us the free gifts. Not happy!!.”
“The prices offered speak for themselves. The deal I got was literally half the price of my renewal with my previous provider. The only thing that wasn’t smooth sailing is you can’t have a different billing and shipping address. I get parcels delivered to my sister who works from home but as this wasn’t where my bank card was registered it had to be changed. Affordable mobiles called me the same day to rectify this and I got the phone within 48 hours. Pleased with the service, price and delivery.”

Once sent they’ve updated they’re offer to £60 because of some fictitious issues found. Nonsense, the phone was in perfect condition

“It's all a scam. The cashback process is totally convoluted and time-consuming. I have just summitted my first claim after 5 months.. 4 more to go, and received a personal email response saying everything is in order and the claim will be paid. 3 days later, today, I receive one saying they have applied more hoops for me to jump through. I'm guessing this will end up in small claims court. Avoid this scam cash back complany.”
