Really pleased we chose air delay,I just provided them with the flight number and date of our delay,they did the rest ,it only took a couple of months from start to finish,we received a full payout from Thomas cook,and our delay was in 2010,I would recommend air delay to anybody who is thinking of making a claim,thank you air delay for a njo b well done !

I had tried claiming for a delay with Thomson directly but they kept refusing there was a claim. However had a very positive outcome when Air delay put the claim in through Butterworth's. The only negative thing I could say is that the claim is paid out in Euros and the exchange rate is set when they submit the claim which in our case meant we lost out as we received less than if they had done it on the current rate. However overall a very positive and good outcome. Thank you Air delay.

we had a long standing grievance with Thomson holidays over delays to our holiday nearly five years ago and were fobbed off on many occasions so never thought anything would come of a claim. contacted air delay signed up and they do it all for you ,won our case and delighted to say our bank account is now over a thousand pound better off Big thanks to the air delay team D Sinclair

Out flight was nearly 6 years ago and I had little information ... didn't have the flight number .. and what I thought was the right date we travelled.. was proved to be wrong as well.. as we travelled a few days later.. the only thing I really knew was departure and arrival airports... but with Alex''s hard work it all paid off... our party of 6 received full claim for our holiday delay... Alex did a fantastic job .. kept us up to date with the claim and was alway quick to reply to any emails I sent... he is a credit to your company...the money had come in very handy as I have now paid the balance of a future holiday ... thanks Alex ...

Thank you so much Alex from Air delay. For sorting our claim out. We tried to deal with Thomson direct. But they didn't want to know. You sorted our claim out in about seven weeks and we didn't have to do anything and the money was paid direct into my bank account. I would recommend Air Delay to anyone.

Thomson would not entertain us when we tried to get compensation for our 10 hour delay. It had to go to court but worth it in the end received a cheque for £422.85 yesterday .

A good service. I would have awarded 5* but when I called in a Wednesday for an update I was told someone would contact me the next day, I was sent an email stating I had won the case and they had received the money on the Monday.

Great outcome for us and Alex was so helpful from start to finish simple form to fill in then it was easy to answer emails and then in a very shirt time we had our payment cant thank him enough and well worth the 25% fee

Tried to claim from airline without Airdelay, was told I didn't have a claim. Contacted air delay they moved really quickly and I received full compensation payment, I was kept informed throughout, really pleased with professional service.

Fast easy claims process. Even though I had previously been declined my claim by Ryanair, AirDelay tried again and won! I didn't know any of my flight details other than the date and airline and the length of delay (10.5 hours) but AirDelay sorted it out for me and Ryanair paid out €400 per person on the delayed flight. Well worth the 25% fee. My only criticism was that I had to be paid in sterling not euros so fell foul of the banks crappy exchange rate. They exchanged at €1.42 when the current rate was €1.28 meaning I lost out on about £40, but then so did AirDelay on their commission. Would recommend AirDelay and would definitely use again.

Must admit, I was a bit dubious about this service but was nagged by my wife to fill in details. But fair play, filled in details, ( it took 10mins ) sat back for 8wks and then received a lovely credit to my bank account. What could be better, would encourage anyone in the same boat to give Flight Delay a go. They do exactly what the say they will.

Excellent service, when things did not look good Air delay tried other avenues and got a great result for me. They tried all avenues when the other party did not respond they did not give up great service.

Our flight was delayed last year due to a flat tyre. We wasn't too bothered and went back to airport for 5 hours. Saw a link on Facebook in november about air delays and thought I'd give it a go. Filled in form in 2 minutes, very easy to do. Week later got a form from solicitors again very easy to complete and send back. Didn't hear anymore over christmas and had sort of forgot about it til mid January received an email saying payment had been made. Received £711 in my account the very next day. Excellent.
