“Szybka reakcja, prosta procedura, skuteczność na najwyższym poziomie. Wygrać z British Airways nie jest łatwo jednak na minus brak przedstawienia realnego potwierdzenia koniecznisci złożenia sprawy do sądu. Ta procedura skutkuje obniżeniem wartości odszkodowania i fajnie byłoby zobaczyć jakiś dowód że faktycznie do takiej sytuacji doszło bo to tylko potwierdziliby Waszą skuteczność a bez takiego dowodu pozostawia pole do interpretacji. My i tak będziemy korzystać z Waszych usług i będziemy Was polecac.”
