“Nie spodziewałem się załatwienia sprawy bo nie dokończylem składania wniosku ze względu na podanie danych dowodu osobistego lub paszportu. Jak widać nie potrzebne są skany czy też pełne dane tych dokumentów skoro się udało pozytywnie załatwić sprawę. Pomijając ten fakt jestem w szoku za tak szybkie załatwienie pozytywnie sprawy. Dziękuję”

“I used Air Advisor for the first time and received compensation for a flight that was delayed by more than three hours. There were some difficulties with the airline, and the process took two years to complete. Air Advisor had to involve lawyers and take legal action, which reduced the compensation to 50% of the original amount, exactly as clearly explained on their website. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and believe that Air Advisor did a good job handling my case.”
