“Didn't get the amount they said ( they said 250 euros and finally we get 200euro minus 30% fee Airadvisor it was 160 euros.) I think would be better to apply directly to airline. Also not all my travel friends get the amount. Airadvisor keep telling them to provide a response from airline which they didn't have.”

“La plateforme AirAdvisor m'a permis de formuler et peu de temps, ma demande indemnisation suite à l'annulation d'un vol Éthiopians Airline. Globalement, c'est une plateforme pratique qui m'a permis d'exprimer ma demande en décrivant les circonstances dans lesquelles cette annulation m'a causé des dommages.”

“Si que conseguimos cobrar una indemnización por el retraso del vuelo de forma fácil y relativamente rápida. Lo que no acabo de entender es porque en una reclamación cursada por varias personas por el mismo motivo y en el mismo vuelo, a algunas les cobran una comisión de un 30% y a otras la comisión ea del 50%”
