“Me han podido ayudar y he cobrado la indemnización por el vuelo cancelado. Siendo sincera el monto de la indemnización me ha resultado muy bajo. La comunicación no ha sido tan lineal y y casi poco efectiva. Las respuestas por mail han sido un poco más aclaratorias, pero ni x whatsapp ni por la plataforma de Airadvisor la comunicación parece fluir. Aun no me responden ni resuelven cómo será el pago de los gastos en los que incurrí de forma imprevista ante la cancelación de mi vuelo y la falta de alternativas para poder realizar mi viaje por parte de Iberia.”

“J'apprécie l'existence du service, et l'information des clients concernant la progression des démarches. Je trouve néanmoins que le remboursement obtenu n'est pas à la hauteur de la perte subie. Et retirer 50% du montant me paraît exagérer. Merci tout de même pour les efforts réalisés.”

“Whilst the claim ended in a payment that might not have been secured otherwise, it took over 2 years and updates were so limited, we nearly gave up. There were so few details about progress or lack of it, that we questioned if it was ever going to end satisfactorily. Half of the amount recovered were taken as fees…which we understood was a possibility”
