“Λυπάμαι για την δεν δείξατε κατανόηση με το αίτημα μου για. Την αποσκευη " βαλίτσας μου" Ήταν μάρκα σας έβαλα το μικρότερο πόσον σας έστειλα όλα τα έγγραφα συν τις φωτογραφίες από την βαλίτσα μου, και μου ζητάτε απόδειξη. Ποιος έχει απόδειξη σήμερα αφού τις πετάμε όλοι. Και μάλιστα το κόστος ήταν μεγαλύτερο. Δεν ξέρω εάν ξανά ταξιδέψω με την εταιρία σας. Ούτε έχουμε χρήματα να μας περισσεύουν .”

“I do not see claim for Airline Assistance. I had a bad experience in Amsterdam going to LAX for which I have claim no 639942. I was dennied assistance also. At the gate for Connection flight to LAX which was lost I received assistance to the changed flight 3-4 hours later. On return from LAX to Bucharest, TRANSFER in Amsterdam, I WAS DENIED ASSISTANCE, which caused me a great deal of phisical pain. On Flight DL9452 from LAX I requested transport ASSISTANCE between gates to the gate for flight DL9404 to Bucharest. On the plain I was told I am on the assistance list. Ouside the plain, a very tall KLM employee in an arogant manner told me I am not on the list. They walked away with my bording pass and returned and handed back the bording pass to me and told me to walk (a long way) turnd their back and walked away with no other explanation or support. It was very INHUMAN manner.”
