“Scrie ca 600 euro am facut demersul imi zice 400 apoi taxele voastre și nu merita la voi am facut in in alta parte cu altă ocazie ai loat taxe 180 de euro și mi-au dat mie 420 dacă voi mai avea neplăceri sigur nu voi mai face cu voi , o zi bună”

“I am happy I received some compensation after nine months of waiting. However, knowing now, even with the ease of their services, I would do it myself. The compensation went from 1200 euro plus expenses (minus their fees) to 362 USD in total, which did not even cover my expenses.”
