“Helaas de kleine lettertjes niet goed gelezen. De volledige claim ontvang je niet terug. Air Advisor houdt 30% in op de claim. Als wij dit via Transavia hadden gedaan, dan ontvingen wij het volledige bedrag terug. Te snel mijn handtekening gezet. Verder regelen ze het top voor je en ontvang je snel het geld retour.”

“Najpierw były problemy z udostępnieniem dokumentów. Pomimo załączenia pełnomocnictwa od współpasażera usługa była zablokowana dopóki się nie podpisał i powstało dodatkowe roszczenie. Zwrot nie odbył się przy pierwszym podejściu i musiała być uruchomiona procedura sądowa związana z większą opłatą (50%). Otrzymaliśmy informację, że firma rezygnuje z dalszego roszczenia w naszym imieniu i zastanawialiśmy się co dalej. Po miesiącu otrzymaliśmy wiadomość, że udało się odzyskać pieniądze. Dostaliśmy link do uzupełnienia naszego konta bankowego i po uzupełnieniu w ciągu trzech dni pieniądze były na naszym koncie. To był najsprawniejszy etap realizacji usługi.”
