“We contacted both airadvisor and KLM för help the second we got the message about a the flight change. The help we got was not fully satisfied. No either any form of compensation or help did we received on sight in phone.”

“The online intake guided me with clear prompts, and uploading documents was hassle-free. The dashboard is clean, and the claim status updates are easy to understand. While my claim hasn’t been completed yet, the initial steps were smooth and painless, which gives me confidence that the rest of the process will be efficient.”

“While the service was offered through the airline's claims process, the €120 agency fee creates an expectation of professional and responsive support. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience, as there have been considerable delays in responses and some of my questions have remained unanswered. I am still anticipating a resolution / reimbursement for my friends whose claimed was initiated by me along with my own”
