It is easy but at the same time not very manageable, by mistake I opened 2 claim with the same claim, I’m Trying to cancel one but it is seem impossible. It is confusing me a lot and I’m worried so thing wrong will go because of the 2 claims open at the same time. It is frustrating, cancel the process at any stage should be easier for the client

At the start, we only request the essential documents, such as a passport or ID, your flight ticket, or booking confirmation.
