“Ho fatto la prova del rimborso, mie stato negato. Che senso ha provare piu a chiedere il rimborso. Se il volo e stato annullato per loro motivi. Ed io non ho ricevuto niente in cambio. Manco il biglietto per prendere il prossimo.”
