“Long process, compensation reduced to 50% as a result of AirAdvisor taking a bigger cut (read the small print, if claim takes a long time, they take more…so potentially in their interest to delay the process?) My fellow passengers (6 of them) on the same flight claimed directly via the airline and secured a full refund within 6 months. Whereas via AirAdvisor it took 13 months. I will know better in future.”
