The company its outstanding, excellent and very professional. The service is absolutely in the highest quality that I have received from companies that work in this difficult process of obtaining compensation from air companies. I praise the work Air Advisor has made for me,appreciate it with deep respect and gratitude. Compensation amount, ticket cost refund (if applicable), and reimbursement of additional expenses are three separate categories of payments. They are assessed and processed independently by the airline depending on the nature of the disruption and the contractual obligations involved. Based on the information available in your case, there is a record confirming that Iberia processed a full refund of your original ticket in the original currency and to the original payment method on March 11, 2026. This refund is separate from any compensation under passenger rights legislation. In addition, the compensation related to your claim was successfully obtained and paid on 20.05.2026. This payment concerns the compensation entitlement under the applicable regulation and is independent of the ticket refund process. We understand that from a passenger perspective these elements can sometimes appear as a single expected amount, however legally and operationally they are handled as distinct processes by the airline. We were not told up front that there would be a hefty charge for filing a claim. Better to go through the airline direct which is what we did.

Nous comprenons que remplir un formulaire puisse parfois sembler un peu fastidieux, surtout lorsque vous êtes déjà confronté au stress d'un vol perturbé. Cependant, nous aimerions prendre un moment pour vous expliquer pourquoi notre procédure est conçue ainsi et comment nous nous efforçons de la rendre aussi simple et efficace que possible pour nos clients. Notre procédure de réclamation ne comporte que 10 étapes, dont la plupart consistent simplement à sélectionner la bonne option dans une liste. Cela signifie qu’il y a très peu de saisie à effectuer et que les informations requises sont peu complexes. La plupart des utilisateurs parviennent à mener à bien l’ensemble du processus en seulement 5 à 7 minutes, et nous estimons que c’est un investissement en temps raisonnable étant donné qu’une fois la demande soumise, AirAdvisor s’occupe du reste — plus aucune paperasse ni suivi à votre charge. En tales situaciones, los plazos dependen no solo de nuestro trabajo, sino también de los tiempos de respuesta de la aerolínea y de los procedimientos legales, que escapan a nuestro control directo. En cuanto a la comisión, tenga en cuenta que AirAdvisor opera bajo un modelo «sin ganar, no hay honorarios». Esto significa que los clientes no pagan nada por adelantado, y los honorarios solo se cobran cuando se consigue recuperar la indemnización de la aerolínea.
