“I have been well served by AirAdivisor. I have already submitted 3 claims which have all been handled quickly. They continually kept me informed of what was happening to my claim. I received my money after about 3 weeks. You know in advance how much they charge for their help so I don't understand the people complaining about this. Since I fly monthly for work and I often have to deal with delays or cancellations, I am glad that I can quickly file my claim with AirAdvisor who then takes care of everything. Well done AirAdvisor !!”

“yesterday our LHR to YYZ leg(april20) flt 99 was the best flying experience in decades i was in seat 44H...your rear of the plane crew was exceptional the best was a lady named edwina or ewina...didnt have my glasses on she was working constantly with a smile and had time for everyone and KIND! well done british airways...i am a new fan and now a repeat customer”
