Servizio utile ma una volta ricevuto l'approvazione al rimborso avete cambiato la percentuale delle vostra success fee e la cosa non credo sia molto piacevole nei confronti dei clienti. Molto meglio dirlo subito - non importa quanto alta possa essere ma meglio essere chiari fin da subito. Grazie

There is no clarity on the process, the company never introduced themselves as 3rd party. And the rate of the commission is higher for doing something that I can provide directly on AIr France website.

Il lavoro di Airadvisor è buono e si sono adoperato per avere il risarcimento quanto prima. Ringrazio. Non do il massimo delle stelle in quanto, essendo mediatori delle compagnie aeree con tanto di personale di spicco che dovrebbe intercedere maggiormente con la proposta di risarcimento della compagnia aerea (si sa che ognuno se può "tirare" sul rimborso lo fanno). Del resto, chi si avvale del suo operato, oltre a vedersi dover accettare il rimborso -non sempre corretto- deve contare di dedurre dalla cifra un ulteriore 30% per compenso del lavoro fatto (ovviamente corretto il compenso ad Auradvisor). Comunque grazie per l'esperimento della pratica in tempi brevi.
