I had a very bad experience as I had to wait almost 9 months before receiving my claim payment which was paid out by the airline within 2 weeks of the claim being made, further ti this the company took 50% fee as they claimed they had to take legal actions which I have still not received proof of abd the airline denied such claim. Also I had to chase the company for my payment and also had to settle for less than I should have received as the company was refusing to give the correct claim compensation as they were adamant that they didn't receive payment from the airline before they took their legal actions.

According to our records, as the airline had not paid your claim within the allocated period of time, we initiated the process of legal action by assigning your case to our partner lawyers on 18.09.2025. At this stage, the case moved beyond the standard pre-claim process. The legal process typically follows two phases. The pre-court collection phase can take from a few days up to 10 weeks, during which our legal team attempts to reach a settlement with the airline without going to court. If this is unsuccessful, the case proceeds to the in-court phase, which may take between 6 to 10 months or longer depending on the circumstances and the airline’s response. Unfortunately, these timelines are outside of our direct control and depend on third parties. Regarding the timeline of your payment, the compensation was successfully received and transferred on 03.04.2026. While we understand that waiting for the outcome can be frustrating, especially in legal cases, delays are often due to the airline’s handling of the claim or the legal process itself. With respect to our fees, we operate under a “No-Win-No-Fee” model. This means you do not pay anything upfront, and we only charge a fee after successfully obtaining compensation. Our success fee is 30% for cases resolved at the pre-trial stage and 50% for cases that require legal action through courts or external lawyers. As your case required escalation to legal action, the applicable fee was 50%. We make our pricing fully transparent. Our price list is publicly available on our website, and details regarding the commission and final payout are also included in your claim profile and in the email communications sent throughout the process. Notre procédure de réclamation ne comporte que 10 étapes, et la plupart d’entre elles consistent simplement à sélectionner la bonne option dans une liste.
