Am completat formularul intr-o doara fara mari asteptari si am avut surpriza ca sase saptamani mai tarziu sa primesc un mail afirmativ si o suma de bani compensatorie pentru intarzierea zborului. AirAdvisor a facut toate demersurile necesare si m-au informat punctual despre evolutia lor. Sunt multumita de activitatea lor! Ii recomand calduros!

Han comenzado la reclamación sin que yo haya completado el proceso en la web. He pedido por favor que detengan la reclamación. Ni siquiera he podido dar detalles de mi caso. No sé si seguiré adelante, pero no me parece normal que lo inicien si yo no les he dado toda la información.
