“We experienced both a flight delay and baggage delay, and had to submit 2 claims. The flight delay claim was straightforward, but the baggage delay claim could have been made easier with a separate form.”

“I tried time and time again to send them all the documents they asked for . I got different people so I was sending documents more than once . Once I was finally getting somewhere on line they asked if I had travel insurance and if I wanted them to send them the claim . This is really the airlines fault but I had asked travel insurance and they were indicating it was the airlines responsibility . I went round and round and never did get it taken care of . My luggage was left at Atlanta and it took me two days to receive it in Cologne , Germany .”
