Next time I wouldn't choose AirAdvisor. I have severe doubts about this company. Partially the complaints where fulfilled in weeks, sometimes in months, for the same flight. The management of login-tokens and payment was horrible. Mixed communication in German and English, with Russian names as contacts. What a beautiful mix. I cannot recommend this platform. Yes, we got some money back, but we didn't like the stress of AirAdvisor. Next time I would file the complaints on my own. This would be faster, more transparent and I wouldn't give/sell my data to some American(?) company.

AirAdvisor sent claim without my permission, I haven’t finished my applications as I didn’t want them to claim anything on my behalf. Also, they send me emails everyday. Stay away from them UPDATE: I received a response from AirAdvisior and feel I need to write something about this for clarity. I'll write this from my perspective. The claim process consists of several steps. I reached step 7, providing copies of documents. For some reason, I couldn't do this and abandoned the application. I found it didn't work and submitted the claim directly to the airline myself. After submitting the application myself, two days later AirAdvisior informed me that the application had been submitted on my behalf (using copies of documents that I assumed had not been made available to them for technical reasons, so I was unable to proceed to the next page). In response, AirAdvisior informed me that I had already given them full authority to act on my behalf in step 4, that the company is registered in the US and that my ID or passport are not required at this stage. The problem is that I have already submitted a compensation claim to the airline and I don't know how to withdraw it. AirAdvisior does not respect EU Directive 2011/83/EU (which allows for the right to withdraw a claim without giving a reason within 14 days) as they are registered in the US. In my situation, I can't withdraw my claim with the airline, and AirAdvisior refuses to withdraw their claim because they don't have to (they're not based in the EU). I understand my mistake in not checking where AirAdvisior was registered and my lack of knowledge of US law. However, I'm giving one star for their approach to me as a customer, which is disappointing. Kind regards. 2ND UPDATE: Case closed.

Me enteré por medio de un amigo que vuela o volaba frecuentemente, y que había usado los servicios de airadvisor para hacer alguna reclamación. Entonces cómo había tenido alguna mala experiencia volando y sobre todo en trasantlantico que ya es bastante caro, me animé a usar los servicios de Airadvisor, y después de unos años ha salido positiva, a nuestro favor. Ojalá me hubiera enterado antes, porque un par de veces no pude reclamar. Gracias
