“Seguramente merezca la pena vuestro sistema en muchas circunstancias. La mía solamente ha sido una concatenación de mala suerte y decisiones aceleradas. La propia aerolínea negó en un primer momento la indemnización y después rectificó en una siguiente notificación (pero ya era demasiado tarde para mí porque os había contactado). Así q en realidad en este caso, no habéis tenido que pelear nada.”
