Estoi en la espera de cobrar una endemnizacion por un bilete de vuelin que me que de en barcelona una mocheta y a teniși que comprar orei biete para volver a Ibiza dia sigente. Y a echo una reclamacion con la empresa Air Advisor esta compania a cobrado de vueling pero a mi no mea devuelto el dinero

The overall workflow and user experience is good, but there are a few things that could be improved. I was asked to sign the claim before answering the questions about expenses, and since it was difficult to upload receipts from my phone — and I had already received a WhatsApp reminder halfway through — I assumed I’d be able to upload the receipts for out-of-pocket expenses later from my computer. Instead, the claim was submitted without my expenses included. I would have preferred to receive an email with a link to my claim right away, along with clear instructions on how and when to upload expense receipts. In the end, it turned out that I could upload the receipts at a later stage, so Air Advisor does support everything you need — but I think there’s still room to improve the workflow and communication. That said, the team has been very responsive and friendly throughout the process, and I always got the help I needed. Clearer instructions up front would simply save both sides some time.

I received numerous emails asking me to pay the fee associated with getting compensation from airlines, even though I had yet to receive it. The emails mentioned that if not paid, a collection agency would get involved, again forcing the immediate reply confirming that no compensation was received. It took a very long time to get this resolved.
