“Wasn't compensated the promised amount of money. I was promised 400€ but only received 280€.”

Dear Vivienne Airut, Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concern regarding the difference between the €400 compensation amount and the €280 you received. We would like to clarify that the €400 is the compensation amount provided by the airline under the applicable passenger rights rules. AirAdvisor's success fee is 30% of the compensation collected at the pre-trial stage. For €400, the calculation is: * Compensation received: €400 * AirAdvisor 30% success fee: €120 * Amount transferred to you: €280 Therefore, the €120 difference represents the agreed AirAdvisor success fee, rather than a reduction in the compensation granted by the airline. Our service operates on a No-Win-No-Fee basis, meaning there is no upfront payment required. The fee is deducted from the compensation only after the claim has been successfully handled and the compensation has been collected. “Εξαιρετικοί, αποτελεσματικοί, πέρα από τα στοιχεία ταυτοποίησης το εισιτήριό μου και μια μικρή περιγραφή του περιστατικού δεν χρειάστηκε τίποτε περισσότερο. Δεν θα τα είχα καταφέρει χωρίς τις υπηρεσίες σας παρότι είμαι δικηγόρος. Δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να διέθετα το χρόνο και την ενέργεια που απαιτούνταν για να μην σχολιάσω ότι θα είχα αγνοηθεί ως ιδιώτης. Σας ευχαριστώ!”
