“Viaggio dell andata ritardo e del ritorno con super ritardo di quasi 3 ore. L’aereo è partito alle ore 1.50 Causandomi dei forti disagi in quanto io di mattina dovevo lavorare. La compagnia ha dato solamente 5 euro per consumare in un bar dell’aeroporto dove il costo minimo di un panino è di 9 euro. Dovete vergognarvi profondamente per come avete trattato la gente e per i disagi causati”

“My baggage was delayed by 2 days, and I had to buy a pair of clothes, so my expenses were 40 EUR. However, the fee incurred by AirAdvisor for submitted the claim is 90 EUR, so I effectively get nothing. There was no point in this at all.”

We would like to clarify that AirAdvisor’s service is provided under a No-Win-No-Fee model, meaning there is no upfront payment for our service and our fee is charged only when we successfully recover compensation or reimbursement. The applicable fees and conditions are disclosed in our terms and price list before using the service. We understand, however, that in cases involving a small amount of baggage-related expenses, the final amount received after the applicable fee may not seem worthwhile.
