Avionul nostru a decolat cu mare intarziere fata de ora prevazuta (peste 3 ore) . In timpul asteptarii, am fost abordati de catre personal AirAdvisor si sfatuiti in privinta procedurii de a solicita despagubiri in urma timpului enorm de asteptare. Am decis sa declansam procedura si AirAdvisor a castigat procesul. AM primit despagubirile conform promisiunii.

The Court of Justice of the European Union ruled that a passenger may be entitled to compensation when arriving at their final destination with a delay of more than 3 hours. In your case, the arrival at the final destination was at 23:40 on 23 December 2025, which represents a total delay of 1 hour and 5 minutes. As this delay does not exceed the 3-hour threshold established under the regulation, it does not qualify for compensation under the applicable legal framework. Please be assured that every claim submitted to us is reviewed thoroughly based on the information provided and in accordance with current regulations. Unfortunately, in situations where the legal criteria are not met, we are unable to proceed further with the claim or secure compensation.
