J'ai fait une réclammation pour une vlise livrée en retard, ma réclammation a été enregistrée sous "refus d'embarquement". J'ai refait, au moins 3 fois et le résultat etait toujours le même. Perte de temps et d'énergie !

Very subtle in business. I contacted them and KLM jointly. And KLM responded immediately, I notified AirAdvisor that I wouldn't be needing their service as KLM already attended to me. They insist and keep pushing and issue an invoice for work they did not perform.

Dear Uche Ajaegbu, We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience. We would like to clarify the circumstances of your case. When you submitted your claim, you signed a Power of Attorney (PoA), which is available in the documents uploaded to your claim. By signing this document, you irrevocably assigned the right to pursue your compensation claim to AirAdvisor. This means that AirAdvisor became authorized to represent you and pursue the claim on your behalf. The Power of Attorney also states that direct communication or settlement with the airline should not be accepted independently, as all correspondence and any compensation related to the claim are to be handled through AirAdvisor. We were later informed by the airline that they had paid the compensation directly to you. As this compensation was obtained in relation to the claim that AirAdvisor had already initiated and managed, our success fee became payable in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. As outlined in Clause 5.1(c) of our Terms and Conditions: > "Any compensation received by the Client directly from the airline with regard to the Case is considered a result of AirAdvisor's services, and the Client is obliged to pay AirAdvisor within 30 (thirty) calendar days for the services provided in the amount of 30% (thirty percent)." For this reason, the invoice you received was issued in accordance with the agreement that was accepted when the claim was submitted. It was not issued for services outside the scope of that agreement, but rather because the compensation was successfully obtained in connection with the claim that AirAdvisor had been authorized to pursue. Purtroppo non è la prima volta che annullano e chiudono l aereoporto di Catania per il vulcano, quindi si potrebbero organizzare meglio e non lasciare le persone come le bestie, specialmente gente che si sposta per lavoro, grazie mille per il servizio
