“This is a very poor service. Takes forever, they take a very high percentage. They send confusing emails, mildly threatening........ couldn't be worse. I cannot imagine why a creditable business would use them”

“Whilst the claim ended in a payment that might not have been secured otherwise, it took over 2 years and updates were so limited, we nearly gave up. There were so few details about progress or lack of it, that we questioned if it was ever going to end satisfactorily. Half of the amount recovered were taken as fees…which we understood was a possibility”
