“It is easy but at the same time not very manageable, by mistake I opened 2 claim with the same claim, I’m Trying to cancel one but it is seem impossible. It is confusing me a lot and I’m worried so thing wrong will go because of the 2 claims open at the same time. It is frustrating, cancel the process at any stage should be easier for the client”
