“We had damaged and delayed luggage and also arrived 7.5 hours late and were not eligible for compensation because we didn't incur any expenses as a result of all of this. This service is pathetic! It doesn't offer anything for all the stress and messing up the first two days of your vacation.”

“When coming to deal with complaints Emirates is not very good at all. They give you an email address and nobody comes back to you. I’ve not been waiting since December to try and sort this problem out that I have with them and they just pushing me into the long grass.”
