“AirAdvisor services were good with communication throughout the process, they were successful in getting at least SOME compensation back from such a bad experience with Royal Air Maroc, and I was glad to have them deal with the hassle of dealing with the airline.”

“Vielen Dank für Ihre Bemühungen. Ich bin trotzdem davon ausgegangen, dass wir mehr als nur die Hälfte von der eingeforderten Summe erhalten, da wir ca. 10 Stunden im Flughafen warten mussten. Eine Bekannte hatte für die gleiche Situation mehr Schadensersatz als nur 200,- € erhalten. Aus diesem Grund gibt es nur ein "gut" als Bewertung von uns.”

“Rapide efficace mais dommage du peu pour toute l attente Et par contre aucune indemnités pour mon chien qui a eu son billet 125 euros par voyage qui n avait aucun droit entre les avions et rien percu pour son dédommagement”

“Your service is very good, but expensive for the consumer and takes a long time for reimbursement to be issued. I just learned from others who were on the same travel itinerary that I could have filed this claim on my own and received payment almost immediately. Nonetheless, you provide a good service for people who cannot deal with the stress of ap-lying after a long tedious trip and alos for people who might not be technologically savvy. I would gladly recommend you service to such persons and you did have great communication and follow up skills and did produce a good result.”
