“très rapide et efficace. Merci d'avoir gérer mon dossier, car la compagnie a été complètement désagréable. Ils ont été complètement en tort et ne voulait pas le reconnaître. Grâce à vous c'est solutionné et c'est bien fait pour eux. Néanmoins, je n'avais pas vu que vous preniez une commission qui est astronomique. C'est peut-être écrit en tout petit sur le site mais en tout cas c'est quand même élevé comme montant.”

“Dopo il nostro disagio con un volo, abbiamo compilato il form a Novembre... quando è arrivata la mail che la pratica era andata andata a buon fine stentavamo a crederci. Il servizio è ottimo, è stato solo difficile capire che fosse vero e non una truffa.”

“No daba un duro por la reclamación, entre otras cosas porque a nivel personal, no me hicieron ni caso. Consiguieron que la compañía aerea pagara. No le pongo 5 estrellas porque considero que el fee del 50% es demasiado elevado.”

“Herligt endelig at komme i kontakt med nogen, hvor der kan formuleres og indsendes krav om kompensation. Flyselskabet har det været umuligt at komme i kontakt med. Det er i strid modsætning til, hvad de siger i lufthavnen om forsinkelse/aflysning.”

“Al principio me pareció excelente, pero después se fue complicando ya que se repetían los pasos a seguir, envíe como 5 veces los documentos y me los volvía a solicitar, eso no me gustó e hizo que la experiencia ya no fuera una maravilla. Me llegaba el mismo mensaje por e-mail y en wapp, fue un poco molesto. Espero poder contar con el reembolso ya que ha pasado bastante tiempo desde la 1a. reclamación. saludos!”
