“Good service but coach times not meeting my flight times as well as airporter did. More frequent travel times would be welcome.”

“Efficient service. Polite driver. Only issue for me was a couple behind me on an audio call speaking out loudly without earphones. Same thing with two other single passengers. All Italian, one of whom did it quite discreetly. It's probably what they do in Italy but I was trying to sleep having come off Chicago flight.”

“Not overly happy Had a confirmed booking Coach driver said coach was full and we NEVER HAD A BOOKING ON THE COACH Had to remove bags etc of coach. Got back on the coach after and put in confirmation email to prove we were on the right bus at the CORRECT TIME”

“PLeased with service, however slightly disappointed that there definitely seem to be less services than when it was Airporter. I think Airporter was once an hour and Aircoach is now every 2 hrs.”

“Coaches are good quality, although personal opinion is that GoBus might be slightly ahead. The schedule is decent. I have experienced good time keeping and professional bus drivers. The internet wifi is the one area that is not great. I do not experience great quality on that. There is a weak signal and it doesn't really work!”

“Always on time. Pleasant staff. On he service I was on from Belfast to Dublin City we had to change at the airport. Otherwise it would be 5/5”

“Frequent, direct service to Dublin Airport on comfortable coaches. Some of the drivers are pleasant and helpful, others are very dry and do not even open the luggage compartment, so you have to lug your own case up the steps. Obviously adverse to getting wet in the Dublin rain...”
