“I must apologize for my own error which caused a problem with my ticket. Thank you for your reply which went into my junk mail and I just found it. I think it wasn't the first time the driver had to deal with this issue and indicated it can happen when there is a time change!! I was so lucky there was an empty seat. The journey up to Dublin and back to Cork was relaxing and really enjoyable. Thank you.”

“Joanna the driver is fantastic!! She is so kind, full of wit, very aware about safety, the only one of your drivers to ever tell passengers to put on their seat belts. She goes beyond her job, welcoming everyone on board and giving a tourists guide to Dublin en route!! This lady is a treasure and a gem!! Others of your sullen drivers ought to learn from her! Well done to Joanne, she is by far the best!”

“The bus always comes on time, the chair is comfortable, and the Wi-Fi is good. You can charge your phone, and you always use it whenever you go to the airport. It's very comfortable and nice”
