“I traveled from Dublin Airport on 26/02/25 on the 05:20 service to Derry. Martin was our driver. He was professional punctual and polite. His announcements to the passengers informing of the facilities and safety procedures ie seatbelts to be worn were stand alone the best I have experienced. His lovely nature was a gift so early on a winter morning. Stand out employee. Thank you”

“I bought my flight tickets with Ryanair and opted Aircoach tickets at checkout. I was under the impression that I could select the time and date for my coach tickets independently but that wasn't the case. I needed help to change and I contacted Aircoach directly. Thank you, Jamie for your quick response and solution!”

“As a user of Aircoach 702 on many occasions travelling to Dublin Airport, it is disappointing to see this service now terminated 🤔 The last time I travelled was a 2 hour journey to the Airport, which wasn’t practical to sit on a bus for that length of time! I appreciate your economic difficulties, but loyalty should be considered!”

“I was travelling on the 11am bus from Cork to Dublin on 14th Feb and I have to compliment the driver on his professionalism and managing a difficult situation as the bus broke down and he had to source another bus and also liase with and reassure passengers. He could not have been more professional and dealt with the entire situation competently, while remaining personable and empathetic to persons time sensitive destinations. I was very impressed by how he handled the whole situation so well.”

“Hi, I took Aircoach bus number 701 today at 12.57. The driver was attentive to all the passengers and ensured they got off at their correct stop. Often, I find myself as a tourist in other countries, and it is so reassuring to observe a bus driver helping another tourist visiting our country arrive at their correct destination.”
