Staff are great. Consistency of travel experience varies wildly. It’s a stuffy and rainy day. Bus has no working ventilation. Driver has to periodically stop to clear condensation with a cloth. Not fair on him or us. Also you need noise pollution notices. All audio should be headphones only. What is wrong with people.

Generally a good service but too few coaches. For example they’ve recently removed lots of the coaches from Dublin airport. Where as the coach towards Ballsbridge used to be every 30 minutes they are now hourly and on some days every 2 hours. Who wants to wait 2 hours at the airport.

The times I've taken the aircoach I have to say very well. What doesn't add up to me is that the last one is at 11 p.m. There are many flights that arrive later... and leave you lying there... or you have to take a taxi (it's very expensive) or you have to take the normal bus (if you don't live downtown it's a long time...)

Very disappointed with the 700 service being altered which leaves the N11 from Cherrywood to Leopardstown with no service.

The Aircoach sign at the stop on Burlington road Dublin is very dirty with green moss. It looks terrible

Aircoach has not yet made me happy. I inquired about recent massive service delays between Dublin Airporrt and Greystones. I received a prompt reply (which I appreciate) reassuring me on normal scheduled service times - but leaving open whether recent delays will still be there on our travel days. I am following this up with Aircoach.

Easy to catch from the airport. However, didn't operate as per schedule. Waited nearly an hour on O'Connell St for a bus back to the airport. In that same time there were three no. 16 buses

After a long journey and delayed flight our booked bus was missed - the next bus had availability for our family but the customer service lady at the bus stop was extremely rude and we were treated like second class citizens. Very disappointed with her attitude, not a great welcome for any tourists to our country. Otherwise a very good service for travelling to and from Dublin airport to Cork.

People are trying to sleep at 3AM and the bus is blasting loud party music. Very inconvenient

The radio that was playing was honestly way too loud. I wish that it would have been switched off.

out bound travel was excellent clean in fact spotless my only concern is return on this occasion my flight was very delayed which meant i missed 2 connections with the coach and the next one was well into the early hours definitely not suitable i would like to see some sort of back up system for passengers who find themselves in this situation maybe they could have a check up system in place with airport for delays

Good service - on time . Sockets at every seat - none of them working 😞 Driver said “they are switched on” , but not a single socket appeared to work .

Having used the service numerous times over the past few years, I was very satisfied with fares, frequency of service and comfort. That was until my most recent experience. On my outgoing journey the bus had no charger facilities in working order, which an inconvenience on a 2.5 hr trip from Dublin to Belfast. My return journey was an absolute disaster. My scheduled 9:10 am bus from Belfast arrived at least 20mns late only to tell us customers that were waiting out in the cold that the bus had issues and would have to get another bus from depot. We then had to wait til 9:50 am before a replacement bus showed up,, out in the cold. That bus then got as far as Dublin Airport and driver then told us, that anyone going to Dublin City centre would have to get off and get on bus behind his. More time wasted, and bus then arrived in city centre 55mns behind schedule. I was booked for a train departing hueston at 12:45, I stepped off that bus atv12:31. I got the 1st taxi and tried to reach hueston on time. Due to traffic I arrived at 12:45, just as the train pulled away without me on it. I called aircoach to voice my complaint, they were not very considerate. I was also charged for a new booking on the next train as they would not accept my original ticket for train 2hrs earlier. Aircoach said on phone they would log my complaint, give me a ref # and send me an email regarding such. That was a Thursday, I never received that email til Monday, but in the email received they agreed to refund my 1 fare cost from Belfast to Dublin and would receive that within 3-5 working days. It's now Saturday afternoon and no refund yet. Furthermore no where in their communications did they take responsibility for their failure to provide the service promised, they havnt even offered an apology for my inconvenience and extra costs for their faults.

Needs better communication re-cancelled or delayed coaches. Some of your staff need to go to charm school

Great service but all too often the coaches are too hot with no air conditioning on and all the passengers miserable/ sweating/ uncomfortable, surly this issue can be addressed once and for all

I've gotten the bus 4 times in the last two days, the 702 to and from the airport. While the bus did get me to the destination each time without issue, the heat on the bus has been unbearable. The overhead air outlets don't work. USB charging hasn't worked, AC outlet worked on two buses put of the 4.

Aircoach works. No doubt about it. But for 12-24 months they do not accept cards from AIB. Unacceptable in this day and age. AIB is the country's biggest bank but for some reason the card machines used by Aircoach only accept click and pay and not AIB cards. Sort it out.

The website doesn't allow one to book the bus if its set off already from the starting point. Why can't I book live? The system need to be updated Drivers are every so polite and helpful

My morning bus to the airport from the 3 Arena did not show (29th Oct 2024) which was far from ideal. However customer support were helpful offering me a refund for that leg of the trip. On the return, the staff at Dublin airport were helpful and I had a comfortable journey back. The driver was very good assisting customers with their baggage. So recommend for buses leaving Dublin Airport, but not so sure for catching buses on route.

Normally I would give Aircoach full marks for its service, but recently I almost missed a flight from Dublin Airport as the bus that I should have travelled on must have zoomed past the Cornelscourt Shopping Centre stop before its scheduled time at 07.31 – despite the fact that I was at the stop about six minutes before that time. I travelled on the next bus, which arrived on time at 08.01, but because of heavy rush-hour traffic, I did not arrive at the airport until 10 a.m., 35 minutes before my flight was due to take off. Thankfully I made it to the gate by skipping queues and running as fast as I could.
