I really like Aircoach service and drivers, but this time, it took too much time and effort to get a refund for payment errors which even wasn't made by my mistake. Do not try to buy a ticket via app with your iPhone, just buy one on the website. The transaction failed 2 times and it took a month to send and receive bunch of emails, giving same information 3 times.

Driver both ways Dalkey to Dublin Airport return However, neither coach has USB or working sockets. Though advertised. Essential for travelling

I would like to share this feedback with Aircoach mgmt. overall I think drivers and buses are great. My challenge is with the overall online experience and in particular real time updates when buses run late. While there is a tracker that seems to provide life updates on buses, it is sub par considering the technologies that are available and compared to TFI or many other public or for profit services. While delays are inevitable, the company could make a better effort communicating delays and estimated times of arrival - the technology is available and this seems more of an investment and prioritization issue. Considering the quality of the buses and drivers who are too notch, that this is a critical service for some people who rely on it to get to the airport, the company could do much better in this area to offer a truly great experience

Conflicting information on internet about where coaches depart from in Belfast Grand Central as it was our first time using that station and this service. Phoned to ask a member of Translink. They actually said they didn't know. Phoned a member of Air coach who was able to help. I had also emailed Air coach the same question but they took three days to respond and even then just said there will be staff on site to help. We arrived and actually there were both Translink and Aircoach staff present at 3am to assist. They were professional and informative. The service departed Stand 5 on time.

Generally very good and efficient service from Dublin city to the airport. Refund policy good also when service is cancelled. However, a bit more notice when a service is being cancelled would be good.

This can be an affordable and good way to get into town BUT there is a catch. DO NOT BUY A RETURN PAPER TICKET AT THE AIRPORT. Instead, purchase your return to the airport online so you can reserve a seat, which you cannot do with the paper ticket. Here's why. Upon arrival at the airport we purchased from the kiosk at your bus stop a round trip ticket believing it would be convenient and save money. The next morning, however, we became concerned about when buses would leave for the airport on our departure day so we stopped by the downtown departure point and asked the driver. He explained that buses run round the clock but that sometimes in the mornings they are completely full so we should get a reservation to be sure we have a seat. That presented a conundrum. We had already purchased a return paper ticket, from the kiosk, but because there was no way online to reserve seats with a paper ticket we risked not having a seat for our departure, which could cause us to miss our flight. So our only practical choice was to double book, which was time consuming, a hassle, and meant we risked double paying for the return fare, once for the paper ticket then agian for the online ticket From the traveler's perspective, it would be helpful if people at the kiosk recommended NOT purchasing a paper return ticket but instead booking the return online to guarantee a reserved seat on the bus back to the airport. Either that, or create some practical way that paper return ticket holders can guarantee a reserved seat. I hope this is helpful.

The ticket was cancelled few hours before we had to take the bus

Relatively easy to book, but it's a hassle that on a return journey, you can't arrive at one terminal on your outward trip and depart from the other on the return. More detail on where the coach stops on the street in Belfast would be useful too. Otherwise fine.

I recently purchased a ticket on your website as a guest, but I did not select the email notification option during checkout. As a result, I have not received my ticket or booking reference, and I’m unable to retrieve it. I called your team and Emil your team, but there is no response.

Going to Dublin airport service ran on time in the morning. Bus was very clean and children were welcomed aboard. Returning from the airport the bus left before the scheduled time so we missed it. This was disappointing and managed poorly by ground staff at the stop. I reported it to the aircoach office and got a prompt response and apology which was appreciated. They also advised that a review would happen. Overall I would use the service again going to/from the airport.

Driver- Good driver, helping person, well communicated. Bus- AC was very bad, felt very uncomfortable, very hot, poor quality air circulation suffocating while travelling and vomited once. Air was blowing out through the vents but didn’t work as it was supposed to be. All other services I felt very good.

The coach was very comfortable and the driver was excellent and helpful. My concern is with the website. I purchased a Flex plus ticket. I need to amend my return journey but the website is consistently giving the message that there is an unexpected error and will not allow me to alter the booking. I would appreciate if this could be fixed so I can alter the booking, as I paid for the Flex plus to have this option if required.

Good reply time and resolution was found easily, however it is not very clear on how to get a refund for FlexiBook tickets

Aircoach times booked automatically from Ryanair travel times BUT the return leg was after our flight (they put the 30th instead of the 29th), I felt like I was made to blame for this. All sorted finally in the end (after a lot of panic) Dave the co-ordination at the airport was brilliant. Quiet, comfy bus, would recommend (just check your times given)

Journey was on time but as we were one of the first to board at the airport our luggage was in the back under other luggage and my husband of 75 yrs had to crawl into the luggage compartment to get our cases Apart from that the Aircoachis a excellent service

The price was great, the promptness was great, the bus was great, the wifi was great, the driver...not so great. Sorry. We were shocked when he opened the luggage compartment and told a lady to lift her own bag in. We followed suit without being told. The same upon arrival. Everyone had to rummage around shifted luggage to get their bag. Maybe a sign on the bus indicating this is the customer's responsibility would be good. Secondly, he drove very abruptly...speeding up and braking. I don't know his name, but maybe he had a fight with the wife before going to work! We WOULD use your service again...no problem.

We are from Shankill Dublin. We had to get an E1 bus to Talbot Hotel Stillorgan and then had to wait 25 minutes for Aircoach. It took us over 2 and half hours to reach the airport. Up until last March we could get the Aircoach from Shankill directly to the airport. When will this service return? We used the service regularly. It is so inconvenient now. We can go into City centre now and use different services to get to the airport. On numerous occasions the bus would be full by Cabinteely. So it is not because it was not busy. We used Aircoach since the service started. When will you resume this service? The population of Shankill has risen by almost 3000 people this year. These are all potential customers. By the way our driver was very friendly.

As usual very reliable and on time, thanks. But the Cork/ Dublin airport bus we got, was an old bus with no wi-fi, or charging points. Management may need to spend, to keep up with competition, otherwise future on this route will not be good for Aircoach. Bus driver top class.

Travelled on the 700 route to Dublin airport this morning. I picked it up opp. The Talbot hotel Stillorgan and it was very punctual. It must be said that navigating the Aircoach timetable + route was an absolute nightmare. Shockingly, non customer-friendly.
