No wifi, felt the road through the poor suspension. Otherwise ok.

Aircoach bus to Dublin Airport was very late on Saturday August 19th. Schedule time was 8:45 am and bus came at 9:30 AM. I tried to contact aircoach but never got an answer. So a bit worry about Aircoach service and communication.

A simple e-mail query was auto-replied with a message saying it could take up to 10 days to respond, which is unacceptable for any business. My return bus broke down after 20 minutes and we had to wait until the bus following an hour later stopped to pick us up. This can happen to any bus, but the lack of updates was poor.

Our return journey from Dublin Airport was less than satisfactory. The coach picked us up at Terminal 2 then proceeded to Terminal 1 where we were told to get off and get on another bus. Had to offload cases then load again with no explanation given. The coach we were put on had very cramped seating. Aircoach are not the only option when travelling from Belfast to Dublin Airport.

The coach felt a bit old and not very clean inside. But the ride was comfortable, the driver helpful, and the trip uneventful, which is what you ultimately expect as a passenger.

We had no problems with timing or keeping to schedule. However, it was disappointing that there were no toilet facilities on the coach, considering this was a two-hour trip.

Staff were extremely helpful, but the bus wasn’t up to the expectations. Display screen wasn’t working, charging ports weren’t working either

Was comfortable enough but on our recent return from Florida had to wait quite a while for return coach will probably use the new Dublin Express next time as it seems to have more coaches running less time to wait

The arrival at the airport was later than the scheduled posted.

Um. The WiFi wasn't good on the aircoach and I remember when I took the bus to the airport, the bus was dirty with rubbish on the ground, I had to find a free seat on the bus as not one person offered me the seat next to them. But overall it's a good service. Came on time and arrived on time. So I still continue taking the aircoach.

The service to Greystones is very poor. It is good that you have finally allowed bus pass customers to book tickets.

Had a pleasant journey Only minus point was that on Boarding the luxury coach at Belfast International Airport at 00:45am we then had to disembark at Belfast take our luggage out and board another bus which was quite basic with very poor WiFi.

Air coach got us where we needed to go, but not in a timely or efficient manner. My partner has a bad back and travels in a wheelchair, so we arranged our travel with aircoach in advance (as is required for a wheelcehair). We were assured that we would have a wheelchair lift on our busses/removed seats and that was why we could not board earlier coaches. However, once our prebooked coaches arrived, neither of then had wheelchair lifts/seats removed. Luckily, the wheelchair could be folded to storage in the hold and she could walk up the 3 steps, but this was very stressful when also wrangling a toddler and baggage

Bus was punctual so we were able to do all our activities in Belfast with no rush! However, USB phone chargers were broken and the airconditioning was more than freezing...unacceptable!

Return trip from derry to dublin airport. On way down all was great, on way home we had to go on 3 different buses to get home with 5 suitcases and 5 hand luggage bags moving these was a handling.
