Most ignorant Aircoach customer service guy at Dublin Airport and his colleague sitting with him doing absolutely nothing and a big queue outside.

Just missed the 9:45 coach from Dublin T2 to Belfast so had to wait for the 11:45. This coach and driver was very pleasant and we had lots of room. However, drove to T1 and we had to all get out, take our luggage and get on a new coach. this coach had a driver who was very regimented and it was packed. Trip was only okay

The coach we travel was on time. Check in is easy, but lack seat reservation and amenities, such as water or bins. Seats are OK.

Please bring back hourly service to killiney and dun Laighaire ! We are suffering without the hourly service ! Coaches are too full with the two hourly service and seats are booked up by the time the bus gets to monkstown!

Not very comfortable since I'm quite tall, and the toilet inside the bus is extremely dirty and almost unusable.

Cheap reliable but overcrowded. Used to be every hour but now at least 2 hours which means long wait after a long flight.

I give only 3/5 becasue it was decalred that there are charging outlets and wifi - there was none of that. The seats are very comfortable and the journey was very pleasant.

Overall the bus was nice, comfortable seats although a little tight. Appreciate the USB power slot. The WiFi was inconsistent. One slight glitch was that when we got on the bus at Dublin Airport we drove for barely a minute and then had to change to another bus before leaving the airport. That was unpleasant and inconvenient (like many passengers we had just arrived on an overnight flight, had lots of luggage, and were very tired).

Driver was excellent, but the coach going to the city prior to airport in early morning is a complete disaster. Surely to the airport first and then the city... this added almost an hour to the journey from cork and its advertised as Aircoach. Due to traffic its obvious that the timetable is not accurate for early morning services

Preferred the airporter service which came before as limited options now with only travelling every 2 hours to Belfast airport. Had a lot of waiting around to do on both journeys. Also don’t understand why there isn’t the option to stop at altnagelvin hospital in waterside as had to make way to city centre on both occasions also. May need to rethink my journey next time

Toilet out of order. Shouldn't be the case. There was no possibility to go to toilet during the whole journey.

I used the Aircoach to travel between Dublin city centre and the airport on a Saturday evening. It was easy to book online as I was worried I wasn't going to get a seat. I'm glad as it was super busy and the people didn't know how to queue at the stop in the city centre. All the plugs on the bus didn't work. I kind of wished I'd just gone on the city bus which is cheaper, takes maybe 15 more minutes and had working USB plugs. Would use again if I was in a big hurry.

Spaces are a bit tight, air conditioning wasn’t strong enough, quite warm. Also there wasn’t any compartment to put things in

It was cold. Every time when I travel with aircoach it's cold in the bus. It's doesn't matter if its summer or winter, it's hot or cold outside.
