I’m a regular traveller in Aircoach and always find the drivers are excellent. I find I can completely relax & feel very confident that’s the best way to travel from Cork to Dublin & return 👍

Had an issue regarding a double overcharge because of a failed ticket confirmation on the Aircoach App Followed the instructions and filled in the online request form and had an acknowledgment within 12 hours, a lovely response from a chap called Jamie and a full no quibble refund within 4 days Can’t ask for better customer service than that. The return journey from Cork to Dublin was on time and the drivers were helpful and friendly I took away one star because on this occasion I used the toilet and it was a bit grim - no soap or loo paper and I won’t be doing that again

Good communication and happy end to my inquiry for a refund. But I always had to answer back through the customer service on the web and for each message I had to select the reason again and type a lot before I got to answer your e-mail. It acts like a request filter and gives the impression, that you want to discourage customers to keep on with their requests after coming through the first time. It would be easier for customers to be able to respond to an already accepted personal request with a ticket number via email without having to fill the online request mask again. Thank for considering that as an option to improve your service.

I hired the service through Ryanair (big mistake) and they made my reservation wrong, so after many back and forth, the Aircoach customer service team was very efficient and friendly, they finally managed to resolve all my doubts and requests. Ultimately, they supported me with a full refund because the airline's service I had contracted was poorly done and was not what I needed.

My first experience of customer service with Aircoach earlier this year was not great. HOWEVER yesterday I received an email saying that the company often looks at past complaints and Jamie emailed me to rectify the issue which i was very impressed with as TBH i never expected to hear from anyone again. I have been an Aircoach customer since the very start and will continue to be one

Great service usually except once 1hr late and no information given. Stood in freezing cold. Every hour would be better re flight times. Bit pricy compared to airporter. Should be pensioner rates. Apart from that good service.

Web site is a joke,not possible to change flexi tickets even though they have cancelled the bus. On phone they do not answer before the office shuts. Pity as drivers are excellent,the company do not care about the passengers

I contacted customer service to get a refund because the 2pm aircoach from Cork to Dublin was late. At 230pm I took an alternative bus service. I got my refund agreed, and found customer service excellent: professional courteous and positively responsive to feedback, taking action to remedy the situation. Thank you Abisola whom I spoke to, and Sophie who sent email confirmation of refund due. Well done aircoach, I will use your service again.

Aircoach journeys are generally comfortable, convenient and on time. Drivers are knowledgeable and helpful. Similarly, the app and reservation system usually works well. Recently I booked a trip using the app. The booking failed but the financial transaction succeeded. I requested a refund which was paid without too much fuss, but the computer system should be reviewed to ensure it fails safe - if the booking fails, the financial transaction should also fail or be cancelled.

The service is good, however the number of stops are too widely spread which makes it difficult to get to a pick up point. Your refunds policy is very inflexible. When I inadvertently paid for a ticket which should have been free with my bus pass, your staff would not entertain my case.

The service is great, I am delighted that I can use my Irish Free Travel pass and it was very useful (and comforting) to have a living person at the ticket desk near the coach stop at Dublin Airport, even though it was after midnight. The website is terrible. It was going to charge me €2 - presumably some kind of admin fee - even with my Travel Pass. It then refused to accept my Travel Pass number, making me think my Senior pass wasn't valid, and then took a full payment for a specific bus some 90 mins later, when no buses were running because of the marathon! If my hostess hadn't been absolutely wonderful, I would have missed my flight from Dubin Airport. The company seems efficient and friendly. They gave me a refund the first working day after I asked. They just need to improve their website.
