“This was my fourth time using Aircoach. I have always found the service reliable. The buses are clean and comfortable. The drivers are usually polite and helpful. On my most recent trip there was an issue that was beyond the control of Aircoach, but Customer Service (Keja) were extremely helpful in getting it sorted out. Great service.”

“Fist time customers: you’ll be great (good service, reliability) as long as your plans don’t change last minute or taking a late flight. I’ve used this service for years and it’s very convenient if it suits your area. There have been many improvements (user experience, flexi booking, signalling). I appreciate that the frequency is not ideal (702 in particular) however the company should allow for more flexibility to refund when plans change last minute. Whenever I had an issue (not so many to be honest) I’ve received good support. AirCoach: revise the night frequencies and I’d be willing to pay even more for flexi booking if it were possible reasonably (for the customer) close to the departure date.”

“I always use AirCoach by preference and found the clean, comfortable and a lovely way to take the hassle and stress out of the journey. I have been trying to organise a trip (post covid) and find their customer service robot unflexible and unhelpful as my queries dosn’t fit into their box and they have removed their phone contact from their website. On top of the no-show unreliability issues reported on their feedback it reflects badly on what had always been an excellent luxury coach service. I’m probably gojng to have to take the car now as I can’t get my fairly basic question answered.Its a pity as I always enjoyed using Aircoach in the past.”

“Die Fahrer sind sehr nett und aufmerksam! Die Flexoption kann man sich jedoch sparen, da entweder die App beim Umbuchen spinnt oder der gewünschte andere Bus ausgebucht ist! Ergo, das Geld kann man sich sparen!”

“I wanted to change my booking with Aircoach via de website (flexi booking). However, on every trial I made, in the end the change could not be made because that part of the website was not available. Then, I sent an email and within an hour, the change was made to my satisfaction. That was great and I hope that Aircoach has meanwhile remedied the website problem. I am grateful for the simple way in which the company helped me.”

“The bus driver was very kind and considerate, the bus was very clean and the ride was very smooth. There was also a bathroom in the bus that was very beneficial as my friend and I had went from the airport straight to the bus and needed to use the bathroom. Very very good service altogether.☺️”

“I wish i couldn't complain but the aircoach i took from Dublin Airport to belfast upper queen street startet later then the planned 17:30 by at least 10 minutes which had no consequences for my personal voyage from that point on but may be troublesome for other travelers. The journey itself was enjoyable since i managed to acquire front row seats and were in good company for I did not travel alone. Post Scriptum: The clock on board was off wich was quite humorous and i did have a chuckle.”

“I have always found Aircoach to be a great service between Belfast city centre and Dublin Airport, always on time, at an excellent price. Over the years I have used the service, the quality of the coaches has steadily improved so the latest journey I took was very comfortable. My only negative point concerns the pick-up area in Belfast. It is less than comfortable and, although an improvement from the old Glengall Street, I was again standing in the rain at Upper Queen Street.”

“Air Coach to airport departed 30 minutes late from Dalkey due to morning traffic. I made it on time to my flight. I wish the previous route still was in operation as it avoided downtown Dublin rush hour traffic.”
