“Good but bus always very cold”

“Turned up on time, straight to city centre, helpful driver though he tried to get us to buy tickets from an unmanned booth and was aghast that someone (airport staff) suggested that we buy from him! No actual problem doing this in the end. Also no internet available at bus stop to get the timetable or to buy on line ( confusing for me; triple confusion for non Irish, non English speakers!) Clean, comfortable and quiet coach. Not clear on maps of other routes that purport to go through city centre, where they actually stop! These issues should not be difficult to solve and would make you a 5* service 😉”

“Great to have toilet facilities on bus. Also great that the driver comes down the bus to tell people where we are so nobody misses their stop !!!”

“I would prefer if the bus went every hour on the hour like the airporter did! And go to the Belfast city airport also! The Aircoach should be free to pensioners from the North using this service! Not overly impressed with Aircoach”

“My last journey was a. Wry positive experience. The coach was exactly in time, the driver very courteous and friendly and very clean toilets - I know that this last issue always depends on the fellow travellers as well but it was a very please t surprise 🙏🏽😀 Thank you for a great service we always should expect but not always receive.”

“On time, every time. A driver provided all the necessary information funnily. WiFi worked fine. Not enough space for legs which is a typical problem for most buses and airplanes. On one seat, there was a banana skin and a plastic bottle left.”

We are also glad to hear that our driver provided all the necessary information and that the WiFi worked fine. It is unacceptable to leave banana skins and plastic bottles on seats and we apologize for the unpleasant experience. We will ensure this does not happen again.
