“I booked a seat on Aircoach 702 from Dublin Airport to Ballsbridge School House Hotel and the return journey too. The outbound journey from the airport was smooth. However despite pre booking and pre paying for the return leg, the Aircoach 702 was late and did not stop at the designated stop (Bus Stop 490 on Northumberland Rd) as it was full. Seats should be reserved for pre booked passengers. It was stressful trying to get a cab to the airport during peak traffic hour. More can be done to manage the seats on Aircoach to honour seats pre booked and pre paid by passengers. I requested for a refund and it has been approved. Now waiting for the refund.”

“I made an honest error during booking of my aircoach trip from Cork to Dublin. Then informed aircoach about this within 30 minutes of being aware of the error. My trip was amended within minutes, so thankful for this.”

“I made a stupid mistake and booked an incorrect date for the aircoach . I contacted customer service and explained my situation. I received a very quick response advising me that they had corrected my mistake and reissued the tickets for the correct date .”

“This was my fourth time using Aircoach. I have always found the service reliable. The buses are clean and comfortable. The drivers are usually polite and helpful. On my most recent trip there was an issue that was beyond the control of Aircoach, but Customer Service (Keja) were extremely helpful in getting it sorted out. Great service.”

“Fist time customers: you’ll be great (good service, reliability) as long as your plans don’t change last minute or taking a late flight. I’ve used this service for years and it’s very convenient if it suits your area. There have been many improvements (user experience, flexi booking, signalling). I appreciate that the frequency is not ideal (702 in particular) however the company should allow for more flexibility to refund when plans change last minute. Whenever I had an issue (not so many to be honest) I’ve received good support. AirCoach: revise the night frequencies and I’d be willing to pay even more for flexi booking if it were possible reasonably (for the customer) close to the departure date.”

“I always use AirCoach by preference and found the clean, comfortable and a lovely way to take the hassle and stress out of the journey. I have been trying to organise a trip (post covid) and find their customer service robot unflexible and unhelpful as my queries dosn’t fit into their box and they have removed their phone contact from their website. On top of the no-show unreliability issues reported on their feedback it reflects badly on what had always been an excellent luxury coach service. I’m probably gojng to have to take the car now as I can’t get my fairly basic question answered.Its a pity as I always enjoyed using Aircoach in the past.”

“Die Fahrer sind sehr nett und aufmerksam! Die Flexoption kann man sich jedoch sparen, da entweder die App beim Umbuchen spinnt oder der gewünschte andere Bus ausgebucht ist! Ergo, das Geld kann man sich sparen!”

“I wanted to change my booking with Aircoach via de website (flexi booking). However, on every trial I made, in the end the change could not be made because that part of the website was not available. Then, I sent an email and within an hour, the change was made to my satisfaction. That was great and I hope that Aircoach has meanwhile remedied the website problem. I am grateful for the simple way in which the company helped me.”

“The bus driver was very kind and considerate, the bus was very clean and the ride was very smooth. There was also a bathroom in the bus that was very beneficial as my friend and I had went from the airport straight to the bus and needed to use the bathroom. Very very good service altogether.☺️”
