Great journey, only one issue that it was freezing cold on both journeys booked.

I have been travelling for years with aircoach and the service has been excellent despite the normal failures of systems like any other service. The buses are comfortable and the bus drivers are normally friendly and very helpful. However, it was very disappointing to see a really unnapropriate reaction from the bus driver shouting to a woman while she was trying to put her luggage in the hold saying " aaah aaah no, that is just stupid " and kept nodding and huffing. The way he spoke to a client was not just rude but also humiliating in front of others. This was in relation to the bus 705X from Dublin Airport to Belfast departing at 14h30 on the 26th of September 2024.

Very clean coach. Pleasant drivers good price only down side is it’s only every 2 hours they go to airport and doesn’t really suit my plane times now

After an aircoach service to the airport from south Dublin was suddenly cancelled, I managed to share taxi with three other people who were also stranded. I had a return Aircoach ticket and enquired later about getting a refund for the return journey. The service team were very helpful and thanked me for bringing it to their attention for feedback to the operations team. I was refunded the amount without any fuss. This was a pleasant surprise, as to be honest, I expected not to get any response and certainly no refund.

Great service, comfortable buses, staff is very friendly. However, it happened to me more than once that the bus didn't come, living me with no option but to get a taxi. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.

The basic service is good, however I'm very uncomfortable with other passengers selfishly playing music loudly on their mobile devices without any concern for other passengers. It happens on all transport in Ireland and seems to be tolerated by operators. It shouldn't be.

I have been very happy with the Aircoach service over the years but on the new Greystones timetable why is there a gap in the mornings between 7.20 and 9 a.m.? Twice, since the new timetable came into operation, I have had to make alternative arrangements.

I only slept 2 hours and left Stuttgart at 7.30 in the morning. My flight from Zurich was delayed by 90 minutes and I missed the aircoach I had booked to Cork. I was unable to book the next bus as you only accept bookings that are paid via credit card. I don‘t have one. How about offering alternative payment options like paypal? Anyways I was told the next bus was officially booked out and I still have to get from Cork to Schull. Thank god a few people didn‘ t show up and I managed ti get on the coach. Our busdriver Joanne is absolutely gas . Her welcome speech was hilarious and cheered me up immensely. If she ever decides to quit driving a bus she might as well do stand up comedy 😂Thank god for the toilets on the bus as I might wet myself laughing at her jokes.

Hey please can you take the stickers off the windows. The best thing about bus journeys are the views 🥲

I bought my railair tickets online on the 5th of August. I rang your helpline and requested a solution as I was in a genuine mistake. Your agent must have been a newbie as he took a long time to type and then didn't forward the email to the necessary department nor to me . I spoke to the coach driver and he gave me the contact number and reassured me that it should be fine but should ckeck again as I hadn't had any acknowledgement. I rang again, a week later and Penny Mc kenzie was able to sort out the problem straightaway I am very happy with her help and hopefully I will get my full refund soon

Charming driver Joanne. Clean bus. USB port working. One small observation: the screen in the bus still refers to mandatory masks

Dear Team, I wanted to provide some feedback on the 702 service I used early this morning. After experiencing some delays upon my arrival at Dublin Airport at 2:50 AM, I had to wait until 3:50 AM for the bus, which unfortunately did not arrive. Ultimately, I departed the airport at 4:29 AM. I appreciate Daniel's efforts in trying to resolve the issues and ensure the service ran on time. I have used the 702 service on many occasions without any problems, so this morning's hiccup was unexpected. I am hopeful that the new 702 timetable and route, with its additional stops, will soon have any teething issues resolved. Thank you once again to Daniel for his dedication and to the driver for getting me to Bray promptly. Best regards,

I have previously used Aircoach on many occasions using the Dublin to Belfast route. On Monday past, 3/06/2024 o travelled on the 3pm bus from Belfast to Dublin, the driver arrived 2 minutes before departure, dressed very shabbily and his driving was atrocious, he constantly drove with one hand biting the nails of the other hand continuously driving over the middle section and inner section of the road which he had to over correct which was very unnerving, the radio was blasting and he was bobbing up and down in the drivers seat, his left leg never stopped shaking as if he was on something !!! I sat at the very front of the bus so I witnessed all these things along with other passengers, I never write complaints ever but I was seriously worried about my safety, this man should not be driving a bus !!!

Customer service, price and comfort were all fabulous. However, I want to add that none of the plug sockets or USBs were operational which for an airport service was quite stressful as many people will need their smartphones whether that’s to use their boarding passes at the airport or to find their accommodation or contact people when they arrive from the airport.
