Barcode scanning is slow, the drivers were fine, the coaches are adequate but the WiFi didn't work on either of my trips.

hi joe. thank you for your review of Aircoach. i appreciate the barcode scanning can take some time but this does ensure that all those who booked gets a seat, in regards the WIFI can you email in your booking details and we can look into this please. i am pleased you found the drivers fine and the coaches adequate

I have always liked the service, but on this occasion I want to point out that the bus was not warm and also, I find it frustrating to see the timetable for route 700 with misleading data. If there was a statement like a bus every X minutes and the journey takes X minutes, I would understand. But it’s the fact that the particular journey of every bus throughout the days is spelled out as fact , without saying that in peak hours it can take longer. It it does take longer, please inform the customer, I just had a journey of 30 hours from Chile to Paris and missed my connection in Paris and had to wait another 8 hours. So I am really tired and all I want to know how long more I will need to count to get to Leopardstown terminal stop at the Clayton hotel. 2 minutes ago according to the timetable for this bus, but instead I’m only ag Stillorgan

Waited slightly over 30=mins. on Thursday, 9:30, at pick up point opposite Gresham hotel. Loading 2 big bags quite strenuous as spaces already taken so I had to shove other bags out of the way

3 stars is based on our most recent experience. We have used the service for the past 6 years and never had an issue until recently. In a nutshell we booked our return trip online, were at the bus stop 5 mins before scheduled time (7.14 am) but aircoach never arrived (we thought). Customer service not available till 8.30am and app was continually showing coach at our stop (no idea why) so after waiting 15 to 20 mins we had to call a taxi. E-mailed customer service later to be told coach left out stop at 7.08am as driver has discretion not to wait if nobody at stop. Also told that terms state to be at stop 10 mins before departure. So two issues here: 1. Driver knew we had booked but still chose to continue (in past we have witnessed all drivers have waited at various stops along the way until scheduled departure time) 2. Ticket advises you to be at stop 10mins before , it does not state that this is mandatory as driver has discretion to keep going. Our trust in service has been broken AND we will never pre-book again.....basically not prepared to lose money for a grumpy driver.

While I appreciate the timely and reasonably priced service, the seats are not very comfortable and also too close together, making a 3-hour trip rather arduous.

How to I check with travel pass on line.

Aircoach accepts the free travel pass on all routes except Belfast. You can use the pass on the day to board free of charge and subject to availability. Alternatively, you may book online using the pass however there is a reservation fee from €2 per person one way depending on the route. When booking your space, from the select passenger tab you choose the free travel option and enter your pass number when prompted. Should you require further assistance, please don’t hesitate to get back in touch.

EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT APART FROM THE TOILET. i APPRECIATE THAT IT WAS A DIFFICULT TIME BECAUSE OF THE COACHES CAUGHT UP IN THE RIOTS IN DUBLIN THE PREVIOUS EVENING AND THE COACH WAS A SUBCONTRACTED ONE - NOT AN AIRCOACH BUT THE TOILET FLOOR WAS FILTHY. OTHERWISE - ALL GOOD

The pandemic ended ages ago! And your company tells people returning from Christmas holidays to nomadize at the airport until 6:30, Cork, 6:05 Greystones.... (me 6 hours!!!!). If it weren't for the very nice and competent Drivers and Staff, you would get a maximum of 1 star! It's time to wake up from lethargy and start providing services worthy of your pre-pandemic traditions!! or even better! What do I wish for you for the New Year 2024

It's good but shame there is no direct bus from Dublin airport to cork city. Shame it has to stop in Dublin city. If it went directly without having to go into Dublin city, it would be a much better service and quicker.

Excellent timekeeping. Pickup and drop off were exactly as planned, washroom on board was in good order. Found the wifi has been down however each time I have used the service in the last year, which is not ideal for visitors to the country looking to stay in communication with others once leaving the airport. I would be happy to pay a fee to use wifi but it looks like the service is not functioning.

The bus is comfortable, the staff are very helpful and friendly, and overall it's a great service. However, since the Airporter was bought by Aircoach they have significantly reduced the destinations between Belfast and Derry/Londonderry. For instance, they no longer stop in Dungiven and Claudy, which significantly impacts those like myself living in rural communities. It would make a huge difference if these destinations were reinstated

Shocked In Dublin to see aircoach sign at Dublin airport using the "L'Derry" for Derry. Please do a little research before pandering to a political narrative in the naming of the city. The vast majority of the residents of Derry call it Derry.

The service is great price wise but last 3 times I’ve availed of it it’s been late by about 30 mins, which the last time meant I missed a dinner booking in Dublin, probably due to Christmas traffic. Otherwise good service
