“The driver left early which resulted in me missing the coach. I resorted to a €90 taxi and would like compensation!”

“C’est le pire bus que j’ai prise dans ma vie, pas de tablette au niveau du siège devant toi pour poser le téléphone ou la nourriture, sachant que c’est un long trajet que j’ai pris, de Dublin vers Belfast, 3 heures de route. L’arrêt de bus était de l’autre côté de la route alors que sur la réserve il précise que c’est devant l’hôtel, heureusement y avait une personne qui nous a prévenu 5 minutes avant le départ du bus. Le conducteur était agréable il s’est présenté et il nous a dit qu’il faut pas hésite de lui demander des renseignement si besoin .”

“We arrived far ahead of our departure time at the coach terminal. Due to a lack of clear indication, we missed our coach from Belfast to Dublin airport. So we had to pay an extra 40 pounds to get on another coach!”

“The guy who was getting the bus ready to go to Belfast was so so rude and cheeky. As a result sadly I would walk to Dublin rather than ever use this service again”

“Only available every 2 hours. A useless display screen that should announce each stop, but doesn't. Luggage pushed to the back of the luggage compartment. I had to practically climb inside to get it. No assistance from the driver. Roundabout route. On the plus side the coach arrived on time.”
