Booked bus for 00.30 at night on 24/10/2025 that never arrived , several others stranded as well were forced to get taxis at great expense to complete their journeys, had to go back into the airport and wait for a further hour for the next scheduled bus which had space thankfully, no information boards at stop or even one single member or air coach staff anywhere to be seen , when I emailed the next morning , I was offered a refund of my ticket which is the bare minimum response to be honest and was told the bus was cancelled, the email mentioned a real time tracking app which I didn't know about and I'm sure many older people wouldn't think to check either , it's bad enough that there's a lack of public transport options late at night at the airport without buses being cancelled without explanation, we really need the Metrolink ASAP if this is the poor attitude displayed by bus providers towards their customers

Yes! Anglos the customer service is excellent too! There when you need them. Can’t recommend this company highly enough.

I had no confidence that my husband and I would get seats on the bus, even though we had pre booked. It was a melee at the stand, with no queue or distinction for luggage between Belfast/Derry passengers. As it was the airport, passengers were permitted 2 pieces of luggage. Some had 3, so on average there would be 70 pieces of luggage in the hold, and I did not believe my luggage would fit; it was a like a game of Tetris by the time I reached the hold. It was an anxiety inducing experience. First and last time trying Aircoach from Dublin Airport. Not for the faint of heart.

Driver both ways Dalkey to Dublin Airport return However, neither coach has USB or working sockets. Though advertised. Essential for travelling

Easy to pay with card at the bus. Great service for those of us visiting who don't know the city. Driver told us when our stop was personally so we didn't miss it.

The bus always comes on time, the chair is comfortable, and the Wi-Fi is good. You can charge your phone, and you always use it whenever you go to the airport. It's very comfortable and nice

Absolutely do NOT recommend Aircoach. My bus, scheduled departed early. I watched it pull away as I arrived at the stop. The schedule is there for a reason; departing before the official time is unacceptable. I was left stranded. Poor service.

The bus didn’t come at 3:20am The company didn’t offer me another solution rather than wait for the next one at 4:20am on a Sunday night, starting work at 8:30am on Monday. I can’t be more unhappy. They are not giving me a refund.

I had booked a bus ticket while abroad, and the times showed up as CEST rather than Irish time, so when my tickey went through it was bought for an hour earlier Thankfully Aircoach was able to change the time for me so all is well

I booked a trip with aircoach 700X on October 16th at 17:41 to go to the airport. I waited before the scheduled time for the bus to arrive and stayed for more than 10 minutes after the scheduled time. No bus came. I was never warned about a cancellation. I expected at the very least an e-mail regarding this. Nothing came. I had to be the one contacting them about this since, at the time, I didn’t even know it was cancelled. Thankfully, I received a refund, but not without a comment regarding how this refund was done “as a gesture of goodwill”. Completely unprofessional and with no regard whatsoever to the issues this caused.

This a very unreliable service to get to the airport. Our bus didn’t arrive and we had to take a taxi instead. This is the second time it has happened to me. We were told when we called them from the bus stop that the bus had been cancelled. My reply from Customer Service initially said the bus had arrived on schedule. The next message told me it had been 30 minutes late and I should have been tracking it. They will not give you a refund and basically tell you to stop bothering the Customer Service.

Perfect service for the airport with good frequency and connectivity from remote places to the city. I am happy with the refund that I have received due to the bus cancelation.
