Bus never showed so as a result 30 minutes behind schedule rushing for my flight. Unable to book online beforehand. Terrible service

I’d like to question the Aircoach pricing policy for students. Why do students in full time education aged 14-16 have to pay for an adult ticket? It seems as though students aged 16-19 receive a 50% discount when they have a student leap card.An international student card was also not accepted on the Aircoach website during the booking process. Very disappointing.

I ask the public to reply to this post.... After my complaint and phone calls plus my posts of no reply and excuses why there service was cancelled and emails sent that l never receive. I have taken to reading reviews posted by other customers. I have noticed aircoach give no reply to posts saying what a awful service thy have.... Buses not showing up... cancelled service... People having booked seats and then not available. If you read this post please give your thoughts why you think aircoach do not comment on these posts. As I said in a earlier post 81% giving a terrible service .

We were in Belfast waiting for the aircoach to Dublin. The driver came and left without stopping or confirming which passengers were headed to Dublin. Left us in the cold and confused. Thankfully the supervisor managed to come after an hour and arrange for another bus he was very accommodating

The drive was fast, however, the driver didn’t stop at terminal 2. He said he would but then…didn’t. Blamed the passengers when we got off at terminal 1 since we didn’t stand up on a moving bus once we were close to terminal 2. How were we supposed to know that? Just. Stop. At. The. Terminal. And tell the passengers we are at the terminal. It isn’t that difficult. Being blamed as a passenger for not knowing where the terminal was located wasn’t okay.

I have used the aircoach many times in the past but this morning I was very disappointed. We were at our stop 14 mins prior to the scheduled time. The bus didn’t come for another 22 minutes after the scheduled time. I was not alone, as I spoke to other passengers who had the same problem and are now very stressed and anxious about getting to the airport late! No apology from the very unfriendly driver either!

Nothing short of a disgrace. Used to be excellent. Having been using this service since its inception and I can't recollect another service going so noticeably and visibly downhill. The bus did not appear this morning which left me in a very stressful situation prior to a long journey. Only that I had a relative close by that could assist I would have missed my flight. I travel frequently and have probably used this service 100s of times. From phantom buses not appearing to journeys taking twice as long as advertised to rude and unhelpful staff the list goes on. I have to agree with the group of passengers I witnessed last time I took this bus home complaining about how terrible the service has become. Find alternative ways even if it involves spending more money. The stress and hassle of this is not worth it. Particularly for tourists without a back up plan avoid!!!!

Not a reliable bus company. I would recommend using a service 2 in advance of the suggested one to ensure your travel plans. For a bus firm connected to the airport, and the inflexibility of flight schedules, I would have thought the timing aspect would be attended to a lot better!

Customer Service were great on the phone when I had a problem with my booking. But there is currently chaos around new timetables. I was told x 4 times that the 702 Greystones bus would leave at 8 oclock. It was freezing cold waiting for over an hour, and when it came to 8 oclock, the driver and manager were just chatting while everyone waited for the bus which people were not allowed to board even by 8 oclock. I asked why, and was snapped at by the English manager, who said that he had never said it would leave at 8 oclock. Yet he had, as had another aircoach official. VEry slack.

Please please please put on a bus that goes direct to cork from Dublin airport without going into the city. I’m on the bus now and not a single passenger got off in the city, but it adds a least 1/2 hour onto the journey. A bus direct to cork down the motorway would be so much better.

For a service I have loved for years it just keeps going seriously down hill. I am booked to travel Monday with 2 children. I have been informed by email my booking is no longer valid they are literally cancelling all passenger bookings it seems. Then a second email to say ignore that. However, a glance at the website says it’s only a walk up service, no ability to book ahead for a 7-10 period while they ‘sort’ themselves out. I need to walk up to a bus, with a temporary schedule - so actually who knows when a bus might turn up- if I’m lucky I can buy (a more expensive) ticket there on the bus. So if the bus is full say goodbye to catching your flight, Aircoach just is not bothered. We are not going to dinner in town, or going to a gig. Yeap you’d be annoyed you missed those, or were 2 hours late. But missing a long haul flights could literally mean €5-10,000 out in last min flights and a shortened holiday. Why, oh why, are Aircoach so totally cavalier about their loyal customers? I’m deeply shocked. And there is no working phone number to clarify what is actually going on. Never mind that since Covid the schedule was cut from hourly to once every 2 hour's, and often 4 hours apart, as without notice busses are cancelled. Again then no one to call in Aircoach to find out when the next bus might be. Very happy to put my name to this review. Aircoach have you any regard for your loyal customers? Because it really looks like you hold us all in contempt.

No organisation of a queue. We waited 25 minutes for a coach to arrive. When it arrived people who had bought tickets after us boarded the bus, while we waited for the luggage storage to be opened. The luggage storage was never opened and the driver informed us there was no space for us. Even after I told the driver and the attendant we had been waiting longer, they said there was nothing they can do. I then asked for a refund for my ticket and was told this wasn’t possible either. So I then I’m left with a ticket for a service they couldn’t provide. I asked the guy who could give me a refund if he, the guy who sold it to me could not. He replied ‘the company’. At this point I just gave up. Air coach has deteriorated significantly and I’m embarrassed that this is the type of service tourists potentially receive on arrival for their holiday. I will never use this service again

Website said this company accepted Leap card and contactless. Driver refused both at Dublin airport, backed up by another staff member. Forced to buy a ticket from a guy in a cabin - for the life of me,I couldn’t hear a word he said. This Aircoach used to be excellent, they have obviously forgotten who they are serving. The good news for me is I discovered there is another coach service and it does a very competitive airport to city centre return price.( At the moment, I am in Dublin on a weekly basis and this was a very poor experience)

Stuck at Belfast International Airport for nearly an hour now, seems to be a problem with not getting the door closed. Absolutely no communication from the driver, everyone is tired and getting frustrated

I have travelled with Aircoach many times, mostly out of necessity. I rarely leave reviews on experiences etc so I can’t understate my frustration after a number of negative experiences with Aircoach. I have experienced a number of rude staff members at Aircoach (not limited to bus driver), including an instance of a shouting match between a staff member and another customer. I note that Aircoach consistently does not leave Dublin Airport on time, if travelling definitely allow for a delay. Furthermore, I consistently find the bays at Dublin Airport extremely disorganised with little clear communication about the correct bay etc. I really hope Aircoach can work on this - especially regarding the attitude of staff members.
