Buying online tickets failed so I had to buy onsite however the amount fares were charged to my credit card. I contacted Customer Service and got a refund. Perfect service.

They just cancel services frequently without letting people that have booked know. You are just waiting forever and then can only get a taxi to avoid missing your flight. Same in Dublin airport, pre-booked coaches are cancelled without notification.

The bus departed 5 minutes before the schedule time. This is a completely bad practice.

The bus, which I had booked a ticket on, did not turn up. Another passenger also waiting for bus advised me she had tried to book a seat an hour earlier but website wouldn’t allow it. If operator knew there was an issue with this departure, the people who had booked should have been notified… company had their email addresses. I’ve heard this seems to be happening more regularly now.

This is a completely bad practice, I mean I've wasted at least 60 pounds. All travel companies allow change for a certain fee, it's incomprehensible why you don't have it. I will complain about you to every platform.

My problem was resolved very soon. I filled the contact us form and I was not expecting to get it sorted just in half an hour. Despite I didn't have a Flexibook, they were kind enough to help without charging me extras. Very happy with the support.

Cancelled trip to DUB with only 40mns notice by email. Awful to do this. You should have a Plan B ready to go. 2nd time - last month bus broke down on way - we had to spend more to get home rest of way! No Plan B again. Both of us travel a lot. We will not use Aircoach again. Too much stress.

Terrible service, often just doesn’t turn up. Which is not what you need when on your way to take a flight! Do not recommend. Better to book a taxi as you’ll end up having to call one anyway when the coach doesn’t show up!

I booked a seat on Aircoach 702 from Dublin Airport to Ballsbridge School House Hotel and the return journey too. The outbound journey from the airport was smooth. However despite pre booking and pre paying for the return leg, the Aircoach 702 was late and did not stop at the designated stop (Bus Stop 490 on Northumberland Rd) as it was full. Seats should be reserved for pre booked passengers. It was stressful trying to get a cab to the airport during peak traffic hour. More can be done to manage the seats on Aircoach to honour seats pre booked and pre paid by passengers. I requested for a refund and it has been approved. Now waiting for the refund.

I would like to share this feedback with Aircoach mgmt. overall I think drivers and buses are great. My challenge is with the overall online experience and in particular real time updates when buses run late. While there is a tracker that seems to provide life updates on buses, it is sub par considering the technologies that are available and compared to TFI or many other public or for profit services. While delays are inevitable, the company could make a better effort communicating delays and estimated times of arrival - the technology is available and this seems more of an investment and prioritization issue. Considering the quality of the buses and drivers who are too notch, that this is a critical service for some people who rely on it to get to the airport, the company could do much better in this area to offer a truly great experience

Conflicting information on internet about where coaches depart from in Belfast Grand Central as it was our first time using that station and this service. Phoned to ask a member of Translink. They actually said they didn't know. Phoned a member of Air coach who was able to help. I had also emailed Air coach the same question but they took three days to respond and even then just said there will be staff on site to help. We arrived and actually there were both Translink and Aircoach staff present at 3am to assist. They were professional and informative. The service departed Stand 5 on time.

The bus itself was fine. The online experience was horrible. 1) no easy way to contact Aircoach on off hours eg. My flight was leaving the USA late, I feared I would miss the connection, I reached out to change it to a later time, no luck, I cancelled the booking. Fortunately, we made the bus by 6 minutes. Your system did not even catch my cancellation. 2). It was really a hassle to update my password.

Due to an Aircoach online booking glitch, a pensioner did a double seat reservation booking using her pension travel card (within a few minutes of each other). This was reported immediately. Being a double booking and having to validate the travel card for a trip on the same bus at the same time, it is obvious that the error is for Aircoach to recognise and refund the 8 euro's. But no, Aircoach response is that the flexibook option was not utilised ... therefore no refund. Crazy, but 8 euro will not make them rich ... but it is a lot to a pensioner.

I’m going to airport and second time no bus . I was waiting at school house hotel stop from 1330 pm till 14 10 pm bus supposed to arrive 13 51 pm . Horrible public transport transport service in Dublin

Coach never turned up. I waited at the bus stop for 45 minutes. Requested a refund and was refused. Disgraceful service
