“The booking process was very clear and easy. The ride itself was perfectly on time, the drivers were very nice and helpful, and the seats were comfortable. Would book the aircoach again!”

“Great service but as senior citizens with fre travel we think it’s very unfair to charge us a booking fee. When we book mainline trains buses etc we are not charged a booking fee. Otherwise it is an excellent service. Would be even better if the Greystones bus ran every hour rather than every two hours”

“The scheduled bus was about 25 minutes late, and then had several stops to make on the way to the airport. Made our arrival at the airport much later than planned.”

“9:00 am 700 coach from Dublin T2 never arrived and the 9:25 coach meant we arrived late at UCD. Our return from UCD was late arriving and at one point was running up to 20 minutes behind schedule so a worry of making our connection on time.”

“very good service at reasonable prices,however the driver didn't offer to assist older people with luggage where it's stored in the luggage compartment, I had to assist a number of passengers.”

“Overall, an excellent service. However, the coach was approximately 10 minutes late. It would be helpful if at each stop there was a panel that would provide an update on the expected arrival of the next coach, or if booked passengers could be informed by a text message of the expected arrival of the coach at their pick-up stop.”

“Coach was clean, comfortable and on time. Toilet is a little quirky, but, other wise a great way to get from Dublin airport to Cork and back again. Have used Aircoach several times and have not been disappointed.”
